Vacation rentals with a patio in Malate

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt just like a hotel with all the amenities I needed—fresh towels, toiletries, and even have a dinner setup. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and friendly. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends had a great time. Approachable host and kind enough lend us his housekeeper when we asked for a housekeeper to help us tidy up the place he is willing to send us one to help. We’ll probably go back soon. 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s place! The apartment was exactly as described -clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Ninoy Aquino Stadium. Ana was an excellent host-responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Parking fee is not free though. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone visiting Manila or Pasay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Very responsive host. has everything you need. 7 11 and grocery store downstairs. very convenient. behind Makati fire station so can be a little noisy on some nights with sirens but the host supplies ear plugs. aircon works great and kitchen has everything

Stop looking for your next stay and book this beautiful place ASAP! The views are absolutely stunning and the unit itself is so nice and aesthetic. Cozy home with lots to do nearby with short distance to MOA. What really sells this place is the view... we loved watching the sunset and the balcony itself is huge. The hosts Paul and Carla were also fabulous-- so kind and responsive and they really care about their guests. They even gifted a box full of snacks, what a warm welcome! Thank you for taking such good care of us, we really appreciate it. Book your next stay here, you won't regret it!
