Lovely well situated studio apartment right on the sea. The facilities were all needed for a month stay. The town/village is very picturesque facing a wide beach which is 20 m from apartment. It was january so most tourist restaurants/coffee shops were closed but enough open to enjoy the quiet period. Weather was excellent (for the time of year). Bed was comfortable, seating on balcony was fine and kitchen facilities more than adequate for 1-2 persons. The roads around village are very narrow so parked car at a distance. I had a very excellent month in Mirtos and did not want to drive. Enjoyed sunshine and sea.

Très bon logement. Eleni est une hôte adorable et attentionnée, très réactive. En plus d'un acceuil chaleureux, elle nous a donné des recommandations de visites, de restaurants, de petits villages authentiques. Le logement est impeccable niveau propreté (le ménage est fait en milieu de semaine), fonctionnel et possède l'air conditionnée . L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, c'est très pratique.

Très bon appartement pour visiter Ierapetra et sa région. Parking gratuit juste à côté et vie animée à côté du logement.

We loved this place! It has a spectacular view, beautifully designed and decorated spaces very comfortable beds and the shared pool was fantastic. Nikos left us a huge bowl of fruit to enjoy and was always available to help with any requests.

Our stay here was amazing. Evangelia was very responsive and every time we messaged was quick to reply. The airbnb was amazing extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay in crete. Thank you again for an amazing place to stay

Elena est une excellente hôte. La literie est super confortable ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les airbnb. Merci le grand lit king size! Tout l'appartement est super bien équipé. Elena va plus loin que le necessaire en laissant des petites attentions (fruits et eau dans le frigo, de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner, livret avec plein d'informations sur la région, et je ne révèle pas tout...) Ce fut un plaisir de se sentir accueilli comme à la maison! Je recommande!

Schönes Apartment, direkt am Meer, gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist Top, da wirklich paar Meter vom Strand entfernt, auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen gut gelegen. Die Ortschaft an sich ist klein, es gibt trotzdem einige Restaurants und einen Fischer-Hafen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt trotz des stürmischen Wetters zufrieden.

We had such a great time at Haven Villa! The location was super quiet and relaxing — just what we were looking for. The house itself was amazing: very stylish, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well stocked, and even though the rooms were a bit small, it didn’t bother us at all since we spent most of the time outside anyway. The outdoor space was a dream — pool, BBQ area, comfy loungers, a nice terrace and balcony upstairs… just perfect. The beach nearby was also super clean and really nice to hang out at. Marilou, thanks so much for having us! The only tiny downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and sometimes unstable, but everything else totally made up for it. Would definitely recommend!

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

I was in a challenging situation when my initial booking was cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in. Due to a lung disability, staying in a hotel where smoking is allowed wasn't an option. In urgent need of accommodation, I requested this beautiful house at the last minute. Christine responded within minutes and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The house exceeded all expectations. Christine has created a tranquil haven with exceptional interior design, easy-to-clean tiled floors, and beautifully fitted furniture. Modern amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and state-of-the-art hob, made my stay comfortable. The kitchen has high-quality cookware and spices, showing Christine's thoughtful consideration of her guests' needs. The saltwater pool and provided yoga mats made exercising in the sea breeze a delight. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe. Christine’s hospitality and the serene environment made this an ideal retreat- highly recommend it!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Agios Ioannis is a picturesque mountain village and Pasithea has a breathtaking view on the sea. The tavern just below gives a nice lively touch, with the village not being too overcrowded. The family owned tavern is very special incl the best souvlaki! The house is very clean and the kitchen, bathroom and living room eqipped with everything you need, even to make a longer stay possible. The design of the house is also a big plus. It carries traditional design as well as modern details. The terrace is as big as the house itself and the fact that you can open the doors completely makes it even more spacious with a stunning view. Maria was always easy to contact and fast to respond, helping out with everything. We haven’t met but she made our stay feel very warmly. There is no supermarket in town but you can get almost everything within 15min in Koutsounari. We fell in love with Agios Ioannis and will keep coming back.

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

We had a great stay here for our first week in Crete. The property is really nicely furnished and the views are absolutely stunning, both from the large balcony and the private rooftop space. The location was excellent for us, being in a very quiet neighbourhood but within a 3 minute walk from a lovely quiet beach, 10 minute walk from a larger sandy beach, and about 10 minute walk into the main town area which had lots of nice restaurants and shops. We loved watching the sun rise and having breakfast on the outdoor seating on the balcony each day. That view is beautiful. We also used the jacuzzi on the roof top several times. A great stay and we would certainly return and stay again.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, wir konnten uns in dem schönen Haus super erholen die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten war immer jemand zu erreichen. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️

Dank dieser Unterkunft wurde unser Urlaub zu einem traumhaften Erlebnis. Schon mit dem Betreten der Wohnung überrumpelte uns das Gefühl von Zuhause, nicht nur weil vieles schon vorher vorhanden war und auch im sehr guten Zustand, sondern auch weil die komplette Einrichtung sehr stilvoll und gemütlich war. Neben dem war auch die Kommunikation sehr schnell, professionell und unkompliziert, sodass jedes noch so kleine Problem schnell eine Lösung fand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und werden die Unterkunft allen Freunden empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche im deinem Superapartment!!!

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες,πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και μοντέρνο. ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία!

καλό για τα χρήματα του.. προσέφερε πράγματα που άλλοι δεν προσέφεραν,όπως σκούπα φαράσι.. σφουγγαρίστρα και καθαριστικά.. καινούργια σφουγγάρια για μπάνιο και αφρολουτρο.. ο χώρος θα μπορούσε να ήταν λιγάκι πιο προσεγμένος ομως

Στο κέντρο. Εύκολη μετακίνηση με τα πόδια. Ευρύχωρο και άνετο για μια οικογένεια. Προσιτή τιμή και ισότιμη του χώρου.

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό!🌻Όμορφοι,πεντακάθαροι χώροι και ευρύχωροι,ενώ αξίζει να εξαιρεί κανείς την υπέροχη αισθητική που διέπει το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Το μπαλκόνι είναι τέλειο και έχει θέα σε έναν από τους κεντρικότερους δρόμους της Σητείας. Διαθέτει πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση, μολονότι είναι στην καρδιά του κέντρου. Καταληκτικά, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να σε εξυπηρετήςει ανά πάσα στιγμή, γεγονός πολύ σπουδαίο! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ,καθώς είναι ό,τι πιο καλαίσθητο μπορεί επιλέξει κάποιος για να απολαύσει τις διακοπές του.

we had a very nice stay with 3 friends together. we were not at the house a lot and mostly on our way outside. although we ate a lot outside in restaurants you could also cook at home if necessary. the accomodation also has a washing machine which turned out very handy. finally the accommodation also has a nice veranda where you can sit and have a drink or smoke a cigarette. Al together a very nice stay.

Giannis est l'hospitalité, la gentillesse et la générosité incarnées et un hôte particulièrement attentionné. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de la plage, de commerces et restaurants, le centre ville étant à environ 15 mn à pied. La vue du balcon est magnifique ! Sans doute un des meilleurs accueils de Crète, nous recommandons 😊

Ολα ήταν άψογα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι. Μειναμε 7 ατομα με άνεση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.
