The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο. Πεντακάθαρο, με ωραίο στυλ, και με απίστευτη θέα. Πηγαινοερχόμασταν με τα πόδια μέχρι τη μακρυνιτσα, αλλά για κάποιον άλλον μπορεί να φανεί λίγο πιο δύσκολο δεδομένου πως το σπίτι βρίσκεται ψηλά στο βουνό, όμως άξιζε με το τοπίο που βλέπαμε κάθε πρωί. Ο Κυριος Άκης ήταν εξαιρετικός και πάνω απ όλα ευγενέστατος. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Traditional private stone mansion with great view

Dimitris and Vaggelis were really good hosts. They met us and helped us get to the apartment which was really nice because we had a toddler with us. They gave us local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house is really nice, spacious and very practical. We visited in December and it was warm inside. The view is stunning. Of course getting to the house requires a bit of effort that we knew about and most places is Pilio are the same. Overall it was a great stay

Υπέροχοι άνθρωποι Κ πάντα διαθέσιμοι σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστηκαμε! Το τζάκι φανταστικό Κ οι μαξιλαρες πολύ χρήσιμες ειδικά για μικρά αλλά Κ μεγάλα παιδιά! Η τοποθεσία δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη. 10 μετρα από την πλατεία με παιδική χαρά κάτω από το σπίτι. Τα παιδιά το ευχαριστήθηκαν! Οι παροχές του δωματίου εξαιρετικές Κ το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Σίγουρα θα έρθουμε ξανά!!

Une maison en tous points remarquable par son cadre grandiose, sa décoration très raffinée, et tous les équipements à disposition. Nous avions l'impression d'être, non dans une location, mais dans une maison de famille dont on pouvait sentir les vibrations de l'âme. L'accès peut paraître compliqué, d'abord par une route pentue et tortueuse, ensuite par un chemin pédestre escarpé, mais il nous a été grandement facilité par la présence, à notre arrivée, de deux personnes de la famille qui nous ont guidés et aidés à porter nos valises. Les jours suivants, comme le père de Martina nous l'avait prédit, nous nous sommes parfaitement habitués à ces trajets, nous répétant que "le paradis, ça se mérite"!

Le logement de Χρυσοβέργης est situé sur les hauteurs de Makrinitsa, un des villages pittoresques du Mont Pelion. Nous avons profité d’une très belle vue sur Volos et la mer, d’un très beau logement (beau mobilier, décoration, propreté) conforme à l’annonce. Il est vrai que le logement est accessible par un sentier, mais cela fait partie du paysage et des particularités des villages grecs du Mont Pelion, donc c’est tout à fait normal de marcher un peu si on veut profiter du paysage. Χρυσοβέργης et Michail étaient accueillants et proactifs.

Although the host was sick and we had some initial communication issues, he was eager to make sure everything goes well. We got great tips for walks and restaurants around the place. The place is amazing - beautifully designed and everything is new and in high quality. The surrounding village and nature are amazing! We did have some issues with the cleaning level of the toilets and shower, but the host quickly resolved them the next day. Overall a great experience!
