Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

From this centrally located place, you can be at all important places in no time and enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of Mainz's old town. Many attractions such as the cathedral, the banks of the Rhine, the market... are within walking distance. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

The apartment is equipped with a very high quality kitchen (induction stove, BORA extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave). Furthermore, the apartment is very spacious with its 90 m². The wooden beams in various places of the apartment accentuate the old building flair.

Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
