The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Unser Scheunen-Apartment mit tollen Betten aus Urgroßmutters Zeiten ist mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, 2 TV und WLAN ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer können 3 Personen nächtigen, zusätzlich 4 Gäste im Wohnraum. (Doppelbett 2x2m und Ausziehcouch 120x200). Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Im Bad sind Dusche, WC u. Waschbecken. Das Apartment hat einen eigenen Eingang. Man wohnt für sich allein sehr ruhig in der Scheune direkt am Garten. Unsere Wallbox im Hof sorgt für größten Tankkomfort des E-Autos.

Das Gewölbezimmer "kleines Zuhause" ca. 24 qm, Baujahr ca. 1824, ist über den gemeinsamen Hof erreichbar und hat einen separaten Eingang inkl. einem Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung. Unser Zuhause liegt 125m von einem Bioladen, der auch eine Backtheke hat entfernt. Ingelheimer Stadtmitte mit Geschäften, Supermärkten ect. 820m entfernt. Weinberge und Spaziergangrouten vom Haus 400m entfernt. Ingelheim ist bekannt für seinen Wein, im Sommer laden viele Weingüter zu Hoffesten mit Live Musik ein.
