Our beautiful, bright vacation apartment was completed in 2017. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility near the lake (beach and view), you are in the right place in Litzelstetten. A large living-dining area and a bedroom with a double bed invite you to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with oak parquet and has a fully equipped kitchen including oven, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo) and dishwasher. In addition, there is of course a bathroom with shower and toilet.

This Appenzell house, which is around 200 years old and was modernized in 2023/24, stands high above Herisau and is affectionately called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. Authentically, it shines in a fantastic mountain and hill setting – a true retreat for the soul.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break outside the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.
