I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto This house used to be one big guest house, but since this Covid19, I have stopped running the guest house and I started to live here with my wife and 2 kids. However I didn't want to quit so I left the good part. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the concept, The slope in front of the house is hard. There is stairs to go up, check online map before you book.

江戸時代に建てられた２階建ての土蔵を改装し、ゲストハウスとしました。 広くはないですが、土壁や太い梁など土蔵の雰囲気を残しながら、１階にIHクッキングヒーター付きのキッチンを設置。エアコン、オイルヒーターも完備し、快適に過ごせます。 土蔵ならではの遮音性や夏の涼しさ、冬の暖かさを体験いただけます。 併設の古民家カフェでは挽きたての豆で淹れる珈琲をご賞味ください。 車で１０～２０分のところに長浜太閤温泉、姉川温泉、須賀谷温泉、いぶき薬草湯があります。姉川温泉は回数券をご提供できます（一般価格より割安で）。送迎についてはご相談下さい。 周辺はたびたび歴史の舞台となった長浜ならではの観光スポットが多くあります。 井伊家の彦根城や豊臣秀吉の長浜城、石田三成の生誕地、日本屈指の山城・小谷城、合戦の地・賤ヶ岳、など。また関ケ原合戦地までは車で２０分足らずです。 琵琶湖周辺のほか、日本最古の鉄道駅舎・長浜鉄道スクエアや子供も遊べるヤンマーミュージアム、黒壁スクエアなど歴史以外の楽しみもいっぱいです。 近江牛、鴨料理、焼鯖そうめん、のっぺいうどん、サラダパンや鴨、小鮎などグルメも楽しめます。

Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

We have a Canadian house, just a stone through away from the beautiful Lake Biwa. Suitable place to stay for family trip, with friends and work trip. For 8guests or less, we rent 3 bed rooms (with 8 beds) For 9guests or more, we can rent the extra cabin space which is still part of the building but usually there is no access.(5 bed rooms and an attic, 12 beds and extra bathroom) please see photos and enquire within. - No Party - No BBQ after 9pm
