Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mahdia

Excellent location right near the beach, some good restaurants, nightlife options, a magasin general, and a short walk the Medina if you are not in a rush. Check in and out was easy and smooth. This is also one of few places that has 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and their ow bathrooms, which was great for my cousin and I. The amount of outdoor space was also fantastic. I highly recommend and will be back when I return to Sousse!

nous avons réservé 3 semaines dans le logement de Marouan, on a passé un bon séjour. c'est la belle mère de Marouan qui nous a accueilli, personne très agréable, gentille et souriante. Le logement a une vue sur la piscine, il est très propre. encore merci Marouan, et merci à Siham votre belle mère.

Super séjour passé chez Walid, l’appartement ressemble aux photos, très bien rangé et surtout spacieux et très bien situé. Walid est vraiment sympathique et arrangeant, nous avons demandé de partir un peu plus tard, il a accepté :) Je recommande cet hôte et on compte y revenir l’été prochain 😊

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Café und Restaurants. Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße. Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

Le logement est spacieux et propre. Il est bien équipé et agréable La propriétaire est a l’écoute et réactive. L’environnement est calme. Nous avons passée un bon séjours, Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y retournerons probablement.

I had a wonderful stay here. The property is cosy, clean, well-decorated and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The terrace is lovely, the bed is comfy, the shower works perfectly, and the fly nets on the windows are a great touch. The street is peaceful with the sound of birds by day and crickets at night, and the neighbourhood feels very safe, even at night. Just a 2-minute walk away is a busy street with shops, cafés, fast food, and taxis. Check-in/out was smooth with a lockbox, which was super convenient during the day. The cleaning lady was warm and kind, even walking me to local shops. No WiFi, but you can buy cheap mobile data from an Orange store 10 minute walk away. Oussema is a fantastic host — always quick to reply and very helpful. Excellent value for money. I slept great every night and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Oussema!

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

Encore un grand merci à Adel et Manel pour leur accueil dans leur appartement qui était parfait pour notre petit séjour à Monastir. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ! Un appartement propre, fonctionnel et avec une belle vue sur la piscine ! Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i denna lägenhet. Aida och hennes man var väldigt välkomnande och vi kände oss direkt som hemma. Lägenheten är modern i alla delar som kök möbler och badrum. Det är en stor och väldigt fräsch lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över havet och stranden. Det finns 2 st balkonger varav den ena ligger i anslutning till ett sovrum och bjuder utsikt över strand, palmer och hav. Läget precis intill stranden med restauranger och barer var precis det vi ville ha för vår semester. Området är livligt med många restauranger och små affärer. Livsmedelsaffären Monoprix ligger väldigt nära vilket är ett stort plus. Vi rekommenderar varm denna lägenhet och hyr gärna av Aida och hennes man vid flera tillfällen. /Sami och Jessica

Appartement idéalement situé, avec deux magnifiques terrasses offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. La chambre spacieuse est équipée d’un lit king size très confortable, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Le centre-ville de Monastir est accessible en 15 à 20 minutes à pied, et des taxis passent régulièrement à proximité pour faciliter vos déplacements. Notre hôte, Wided, a été exemplaire tout au long de notre séjour. Très réactive, elle a rapidement fait intervenir un professionnel pour résoudre un souci de fenêtre, et a même pris l’initiative de nous apporter une cafetière dès que nous lui avons signalé son absence. Sa disponibilité et son attention ont vraiment fait la différence et contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. L’appartement a beaucoup de charme et un fort potentiel ; seul un rafraîchissement de la cuisine permettrait de le sublimer davantage. Cela n’a en rien entaché notre expérience, grâce à l’accueil et au soin apportés par Wided.

Encore une fois un bonheur de venir à sousse dans cet appartement. 2 fois que nous venons et 2 fois que nous vivons un confortable séjour, propre, bien placé et tout inclus cet appartement est l’idéal ! Merci Faycal à bientôt !

j'ai passé un bon séjour chez Samaher, logement propre, bien équipé et bien situé ,le plus c'est que le logement au dernier étage, pas de bruit, ni rien du tout, vu magnifique sur la résidence, dès mon arrivé j'ai eu une relation amicale avec Samaher, c'est un hôte professionnel, je recommande vivement. Merci pour tout Samaher et à l'année prochaine j'espère.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Unterkunft genau wie beschrieben. Alles war zu Fuß gut erreichbar und es waren nur 2 Minuten zum Strand. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

J'ai eu une excellente expérience en louant l'appartement de Bilel à Sahloul. Situé en plein centre, il est spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin y est disponible. Mais au-delà de l'appartement, c'est l'accueil et le professionnalisme de Bilel qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions, il a pris le temps de tout m'expliquer avec patience. Son sens du service est remarquable ! Même lorsque j'ai eu un retard pour le départ, il a été d'une flexibilité et d'une gentillesse incroyables. Un hôte compréhensif et attentionné je recommande vivement !
