Very nice stay, we will be coming back:) Just 2 notes: Maintenance of air conditioners cleaning filters and indoor units due to signs of mold. Change the fridge which is too small, it works but the fridge was without door and generates ice which makes the fridge space still minimal.

It's not possible in the language of this world to say compliments about the place and the owner. They are so kind and wonderful. I was always in the customer's shoes and helped them feel comfortable.The place was very clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is also good. As a foreigner, I introduced and participated in their culture. They took a boat with them, went to the sea, and invited lunch. They took care of their alone customers like family. I was comfortable and happy as if I went to a relative's house for 3 days and 2 nights. I didn't meet a friend there, I met my family. I will never forget it. I will definitely be going back next time.

Faten was really friendly and proactive. The villa was spacious, clean and facing a wonderful beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. I recommend staying at Faten’s villa.

Alouane's house is a beautiful traditional house, perfect for breathing in the typical Tunisian atmosphere: around a central patio, where you can relax, the living room and the large rooms, each with bathroom. Very close to the beautiful sea of Madhia, it was the perfect location for our large family.

There is a soft and pleasant atmosphere in this accommodation, the garden is wooded and intimate, the tangle of rooms and the modern old mix gives it a certain charm… the pool is a real plus… A little more of outside finish and a renewal of some interior utensils would be a plus needed… Our host was responsive to intervene and repair any malfunctions. The beach is 7-10 mins walking… A pleasant, comfortable stay and good value for money, I recommend this listing by encouraging Mounir to do even more to renew what needs to be changed…

The apartment is impeccable, in a very safe and high standard residence and very clean The apartment is well modern and a very pretty decoration, very clean bed linen, equipped kitchen... Everything was super well starting with the welcome of the owner and her kindness. It's nice that there are owners like Fatma, super welcoming and willingly. Would definitely stay at her place.

The place was spotlessly clean and very cozy – exactly as described. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for questions. Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

The house is in a great location just off the waterfront. Access to the sea is by stairs. The sandy beach is 10 minutes by car. The built-in apartment is spacious, modern, clean and very well air-conditioned. The private roof terrace offers a beautiful sunset and BBQ option with BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. No towels. The family lives in the house and is very friendly. Communication with the host was straightforward and very good.
