Very pleasant stay in this quiet accommodation with stunning views. Comfort and very high-quality equipment, we had a very pleasant weekend. Thank you to Marie for her little attention on arrival which was much appreciated.

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful area and all amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us tips for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and views are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice host. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Such a cozy welcoming home! Each day it brought us so much joy to see the amazing views and sun light provided by the big windows 🤩 Very convenient location for skiing. We are looking forward to going back next year ❤️

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

Great apartment. We stayed for a cycling trip. Clear communication and well-equipped chalet with washer / dryer and lots of kitchen items. Great to have parking on site. The apartment is on the first floor so only small steps up inside the building. Private garage (‘box’) which was useful too. Thanks!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

We spent 3 days at Marilyne's place, where everything is well thought out for us to have a wonderful stay in this beautiful area. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I would recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and views of Lake Annecy.

We felt completely comfortable in Yannick and Jerome's apartment. It is super cozy, lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped – really everything has been thought of. You can tell that a lot of passion is in it. Communication with the hosts was warm and straightforward. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again.
