The accommodation was as described, very comfortable and cozy. in addition to having all the necessary amenities to have a good stay.

[Location 5/5] -8-minute walk from the bus terminal. -Fruit, vegetable shop next door. -The large market is a 5-minute walk away. -10 minutes walk from Puerto Natales Central. [Facility 5/5] -Clean and perfect kitchen -Hot water, water pressure is hot enough to come out well -The drainage of the shower room is a bit of a pity. -The heating is good, so the laundry dries quickly on the first floor. The first floor is warm, but the second floor can be cold.

We loved the place, ideal for resting with the family, the house is comfortable and quite spacious, ideal for large groups, it has good heating and is very well located near the free zone, supermarket and pharmacy. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful host! Mauricio was helpful from the very start. The location is perfect and we were amazed by how big it is! The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very helpful for us. The upstairs fireplace was the real star of the show for us. We cozied up and watched movies for the holiday. I don’t have a single complaint and we’re very grateful for Mauricio and his welcoming presence.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the downtown and directly across from the Magellan Strait. A great place to make your home base for exploring the area. Beds were comfortable.

We were surprised. Better than the pictures. Marion Boa made it feel good and we felt at home. We sure know where to stay when we return to Puerto Natales. The house has a complete structure for travelers. I recommend the community.

Everything seemed like new was just what we were looking for.

It was the last accommodation of our trip and it was very nice, easy access, wifi and board games that are very helpful, although it is a bit far from the most touristy area, by vehicle it is easy and quick to get around Punta Arenas. The beds and overall comfort of the accommodation were in very good condition. If I return to Pta. Arenas and the accommodation is still there, I would go back without thinking. Luis is very friendly and attentive to messages, and provides local information on what you can do too.

Rosana and Sergio were very kind and cordial. Super warm. The place is beautiful, quiet, just as seen in the photos, you feel comfortable as if you were at home. We had a divine stay. Super complete and varied breakfast every day. Everything was excellent

Great spot, central & very secure! Would recommend for anyone staying in Puerto Natales

We were 2 couples comfortably accommodated in a butterfly-type apartment in a new condominium, everything was clean, safe in the surroundings, easy access to different places in the city by vehicle. The apartment doesn't have its own parking, but Rossana got us one in the same condominium. There was no TV, but we didn't need it.

Great stay and great host. We were very happy with the accommodation and the responsiveness of our host Natalia. We would stay again.
