Vacation rentals with lake access in Mae Win

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

The five nights I spent at Siratika’s property were easily the most idyllic and restorative of any place I’ve stayed during a decade of pretty heavy travel. The photos in the listing really don’t do it justice at all. The bungalow/villa is much more impressive than in the photos. The same for the interior which, along with being spacious and lightfilled, has a rustic luxury that is just perfect for this kind of accommodation. The surrounding grounds and gardens are nothing short of immaculate. The wraparound porch is massive with several outdoor seating/entertaining areas. The best of these is the sitting area perched on the stone bank of the river stream that flows along one side of the bungalow. The property is a little over thirty minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from the Nimmanhaemin district. The roads are all paved and easy to navigate. The Four Seasons Resort is a couple of km’s away. In between are a variety of small cafes and restaurants. Highly Recommend

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food. At night, each family occupies a room and rest.The host began the moment I booked successfully, and rigorously confirmed every detail, and responded promptly and patiently with all kinds of questions from us.There is a local Thai nanny here, although there are some language barriers, but it is simple and cute. The meals and drinks are delicious. The price is not expensive. At the same time, you can enjoy good ingredients and flavors. It's really beautiful ~ It's worth going again.The Thai driver in charge of the drop-off of the airport will repeatedly confirm the itinerary every time, and will wait at the entrance of the villa nearly half an hour in advance, which is not trustworthy.The neighborhood is a little far from the ancient city. If you want to go out to a place where you want to go out during the day, you need to arrange a car in advance, just pay attention to it.

The home is in a lovely village. The outdoor kitchen area is very cool as well as the small pool and the fire place. The Living is a bit rustic and nature gets into the house, but that’s what you get when you have a cabin in nature. The breakfast was really nice and the staff very friendly accommodating. Overall a good experience.

Tai is such a lovely host, and the space was amazing - so peaceful and comfortable. The food and drink available is great, the amenities are enjoyable, and the location outside the city made it a lovely getaway. Thank you! Will be back again.

The astra is a 15-minute walk from Chiang Mai's main night markets and only 20 from the old town The area is pretty good. The apartment is just as seen in the photos, and the facilities are exceptional. Jia was super communicative the whole time and I send a lot of local suggestions, astra information, and very kind.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The place was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. Building is a bit older, but it’s well maintained with a good atmosphere. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Good location, too—easy to get around. Would definitely book again!

This place is a hidden Gem. Patinee accepted us super last minute and had us checked in within the hour. This hotel is tucked down the street a little but the service and love you feel from Nok is second to none. Super helpful and very intentive. If I ever come back, I'll be staying here no doubt. Good breakfast too..

Nice apartment -- ticked all the boxes. and there are great facilities in the complex with easy access to the mall around the back.

stayed for 2 weeks and would give this experience more stars if I could. Anthanas's place is quiet, comfortable, spacious and very clean. You can't ask for more while visiting. Anthana herself is a true gem... friendly and respectful! Just a very nice person! We've threatened to kidnap her 3 cats (joking), they are awesome 😎. Highly recommend!!!
