We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

Napapat's house is very clean and spacioius. Napapat is very kind and thoughtful host, and gave quick replies to all my questions. The house has many useful appliances such as coffee maker and water purifier. I highly recommend Napapat's house for anyone planning to travel around Chiangmai. I would defintely like to come back to this beautiful house if I ever get a chance to come to Chiangmai again.

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

Brilliant stay

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

實際入住的感覺比照片美的太多太多了！ 泳池非常乾淨又很寬敞，還有按摩功能❤️ 客廳、廚房非常乾淨明亮、採光很好、器具齊全，挑高的設計讓人非常舒服。 每一間客房都很精心設計且都有衛浴設備，熱水穩定、水量多！ 如果再來清邁一定會再來入住🥹🥹🥹 超級棒的住宿體驗！

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

한국인입니다. 여기야말로 인증샷 맛집인데 왜후기가많이없지 사진이랑 100프로 똑같아요 5박6일 묵었고요 위치 숙소근처에 유명한 맛집들 꽤 있고 짱유명한 네일샵도 두개나있어서 편해요 숙소 바로옆에 밤 늦게까지 하는 대형카페도있고 비비큐식당도있어서 아주편합니다. 올드타운, 반캉왓은 60바트대의 택시비로 갈수있음. 시설 그리고 제일좋은건 24시 수영장입니다 한밤중에 다 잘때, 해없을때 은은한 조명만 있는 그시간에 수영하면 크- 감성 끝내줍니다. 24시 사용할수있다는건 아~주 깨끗히 관리한다는건 아닌거 아시쥬? 숙소내에 큰테이블과 의자덕에 아주 편하고 냉장고도 나름 큰게있어서 엄청 편했어요 다만 장판이 아니고 타일이라 실내화 준비해오면 좋아요 그리고 창이 나무창이다보니까 감성은 좋지만, 모기가 좀 있어요. 홈키파 필수입니다 개인적으로 강추. 예쁜카페 찾아갈 필요없이 커피하나 사와서 숙소정원에서 먹으면 됩니다👍🏻 비오는 날 밤에 우산쓰고 동네한바퀴하면서 로컬국수사먹고 그런감성이 엄청 좋았아요. 로컬지역이라 그런지 시끄럽지않앗고 다만 아침에 닭이 그렇게 웁디다..옆집인듯 그튀먄 췅결이 줴일류 즁요하댜면 고뮌해보숴롸. 전췌일졍보돠눈 며췰만묶귈추쳔. 왜냐맨, 나둉 콘됴로 이샤가뉘캉

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful village, yet still close to so many great activities and delicious cafes. The house was exactly as described in the listing: clean and comfortable. It truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the pool and it was a highlight for our whole group! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the cleaners who cared for the property during our stay were so kind and thoughtful. We’d love to come back again someday!

The house is very big with 2 bedrooms Suitable for a family. The location is a bit rural and definitely requires a car to access but it also meant its very private with a large view of the garden. Very peaceful and worth the stay!

We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

정말 내 집같이 편안했습니다. 님만해민, 올드타운과는 다소 거리가 있지만 조용하고 안전한 동네. (BIG C 마트와 센트럴 페스티벌은 가까움) 방은 매우 깨끗했고, 가구들도 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었습니다 (중요) 세탁기, 헤어드라이기부터 인덕션, 그릇에 이르기까지 생활에 필요한 물품을 전부 갖춰져 있어 편안하게 머무를 수 있어요. 아침이 되면 주변 공사 소음이 들리지만, 대부분 외출하여 큰 문제는 아니었습니다. 호스트 MenHongzi 는 답변이 빠르고, 궁금한 것이 있거나 문제가 생기면 즉시 해결해주었습니다.

I’m so glad I stayed here instead of the heart of the city. This place is a great mix of nature and still close to the center. Great value for the area. Kom is an amazing host that makes you feel right at home. Baankiri guest house in itself was a great experience in Chaing Mai. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I loved this place it was perfect for my morning journal and gratitude list. such a lovely family. I got myself in a situation outside of residence I lost my passport and credit cards also 2 phones. Kao went our of her way to help me also Anthony who lives there. within 12 hours everything that I lost was handed in by various village people and kao help retrieve all items. absolutely speechless how much she and Anthony done for me also her father Abdul. from having my life taken away from loosing everything to having it all back is amazing. The people if the local villages also full of complete honesty and wouldnt except any money in return. I will be back for sure I felt so grounded there apart from mishap which was self inflicted outside of property. P.S. dint drink and drive maybe that can give you some explanation to what happened to me. Thanks again all those at earthstay XXX
