It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. Fantastic views compensate for the simple standard without a bathroom. Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.
