The hosts were very responsive and helpful to all our needs during our stay. The place is very clean and with complete amenities, we'd love to stay there again.

The accommodation was convenient and clean, but there were one or two cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. It was phase 1, but the interior looked new. Two towels were provided at check-in, and four were provided after cleaning the room. The sofa in the living room was nice because it was big enough for several people to sit. The water pressure in the bathroom was good, so there was no problem taking a shower.

Island Chateaux is exactly the write words to describe the place, the theme is spot on even the fridge magnets were part of the aesthetic. The pool is nice and surprisingly deeper than I thought. The rooms are nice and clean. The perfume sprayed is a little too strong for our liking but nonetheless a nice place to stay. The host and caretaker are easy to talk to and very responsive. Overall a family-friendly 5/5

The place is as pictured and as described. Notably well equipped kitchen. LaGrande is in a quiet area with excellent amenities. Special thanks to the host for the flexible times checking in and out. Recommended.

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

the picture posted on the website looks old or maybe the lighting is not good but the unit looks great in person, all white, the tissue provided doesn't have cheap materials, the coffee also is not the kind of cheap ones, the internet is not that good for few days since I'm working remotely but it was a good experience, we had a peaceful stay, the host is responsive

We had a fantastic time during our 4-day stay in La Grande! The host was incredibly accomodating, responsive and generous. I highly recommend this place - the room was spotless, well-organized, and all the appliances were brand new, making it a truly comfortable stay.
