Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Maarkedal

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for your kind and considerate hospitality Frederiek!

What a lovely cottage! From the beginning there was very clear communication so I knew perfectly what was waiting for me upon arrival. Had a very nice weekend!

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cozy, just turn on the fireplace. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, where there are really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed the beautiful location. It is a cozy and cozy cottage which looks beautiful with a stove that creates a good atmosphere. Koen also indicated that he was always available and proved this as well. It is nice that it was easy to drive to Ghent and that we could still enjoy nature in peace. All in all a fantastic place to stay and had time!

The stay was really great. Even the nice welcome message made us smile. The view of the lake is fantastic. The garden is fenced, which is great because we had a dog with us. There were even extra towels for the dog's paws. So here, too, we thought along with you in a totally loving way. The accommodation had everything you needed and above all, everything was clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom upstairs is open to the bedroom, you should know that. So there's no door. But that didn't bother us, because there is also a toilet with a door downstairs ;-) All around we can absolutely recommend this place and say thank you for a great stay :-)

A beautiful place in a peaceful setting to disconnect. We loved staying here. The house is surrounded by nature and animals, perfect for relaxing and forgetting the everyday. This accommodation is a delight, ideal for a stay as a couple. Very accessible because it is slightly outside the city center of Roncq, it is very quiet (no noise) and the Cerisaie tram stop in Tourcoing is 15 min drive for those who want to go to Lille without experiencing the traffic jams and paid parking. Impeccably clean, the accommodation has all the necessary amenities for 2 people, and even a small terrace in the garden that the weather did not allow us to use. We particularly enjoyed the comfort of the bedding, the large bath towels that smelled good like at home, the general layout, both simple and tasteful and the attention to detail. And what about the little arrival gifts that delighted us! A big thank you to Véronique, a hostess who is both attentive and discreet. You will have understood, we are won over and will return without hesitation during a future stay in the north.

A very nice apartment with great individual details. You feel at home and everything is thought of, the kitchen is well equipped and Elke has given great recommendations for the area.

The price/quality ratio of the apartment was very good! With the location in the middle of Ghent, you get a good idea of the city. Everything was clean and Nicolas helped us well with questions. It was very hot at our place (31 degrees) so the first night was quite sweaty. Fortunately, two fans were brought in the morning, so we did not suffer from the heat the second night. The only downside was that the shower sometimes smelled like sewage, but that's the only thing. All in all, had a very nice weekend.

We had a lovely stay at Marlène's. Very clean, quiet, well-equipped and well-located apartment (in a beautiful village 20 minutes from Lille). We highly recommend it!

We stayed here with our 2 children for one night. Located in Patrick's very beautiful garden, overlooking the fields. We'll save this address for the next time, although it will be for longer than 1 night. Great!

A beautiful little retreat for me and my dog! Perfectly equipped with an extremely comfy bed and speedy wifi. The weather took a turn for the worse, so I did not really get to enjoy the outdoors… but the giant windows by the bed really helped create the cosiest of environments. Perfect for one, may be a little tight for two… but overall I returned home feeling completely relaxed thanks to my stay here!

We greatly enjoyed this place. Completely unwind in a green environment with lots of privacy. Ideal destination to spend a sunny winter weekend, but also the sound of the rain on the roof and the crackling of the fireplace make you forget the outside world. Everything was neat and tidy. The cottage is nicely decorated and really everything you could need is there. The ideal way to completely relax and enjoy the tranquility (but also the birds, bunnies and the heron that lands just in front of you). Of course, the jacuzzi and hot tub complete the whole thing, but even the outdoor toilet really belongs to the off grid project! Great! We'd love to come back!
