Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

Home with own shoreline and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions during summer with sun from early morning to about 8pm in summer With the possibility of renting a boat in a boathouse in the garden (20 feet and 60 horsepower trailer) with access to a table, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is also a pier with a bathing ladder. The house have 2 bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The accommodation is located 4 km from the city centre of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Holiday on a farm and yet a short distance to beaches, animal park and Mandal. Apartment in courtyard with 3 bedrooms. Ideal for companies that need a relaxing place for their employees for a shorter period. Suitable for 2 families. It is 10 min to Mandal, 5 min to beaches and the sea. 45 min to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. It is a nice apartment on the side if you are more in the traveling party, which can be rented. There is a nice covered terrace.
