Newly remodeled 1940s cottage with a perfect blend of rustic, artsy, modern finishes. Our house is located on a busy street in central New Iberia, a few blocks from downtown and convenient to School Days Apartments. Our 1800 sqft home has a ton of living space: 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a farmhouse kitchen and a large living area - which includes a daybed and large sectional sofa. The place is perfect for hosting groups while in town visiting family or checking out local attractions.

Comfy and cozy get away. I am NOT LOCATED IN LAFAYETTE, so if you stay here please understand that you could be 10 to 20 minute drive depending on your destination

Perfect place for my adult kids to stay! I grew up in New Iberia and my mom lives in New Iberia whom we visit often! We have rented many airbnbs for my adult kids when we host family gatherings at my mom’s house and this Airbnb is a favorite! We will rent again!
