Overall stay was extremely good. Location, view, amenities, comfortable bedding. Proactive communication by the host to check in without any hassle.

My boyfriend and I book Airbnb stays every month, and this has been our best experience so far! Jennifer is an outstanding host, accommodating and responsive, even weeks before our stay. She made sure we were comfortable, even offering us a free ride to the unit. The place was amazing. The aircon was top-notch cold enough to make us sleep like babies! The kitchen had all utensils and condiments (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper), super convenient if you plan on cooking! The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries… felt like home. We wish we could've stayed longer. A couple of minor things to note: the soundbar partially blocks the TV sensor, so you'll need to get up to use the remote. Also, the TV isn't centered directly in front of the bed (in case that matters to you). But these are just small details that didn't take away from the overall experience. Check with Jenny about extended check-out, she's super accommodating. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 💯

Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive even before the check-in date. It was inside the Pico de Loro complex and very convenient to walk around. There was a minor problem with the sink but she was very prompt and fixed the issue right away. The place was very clean and big for our family of 7. Thank you so much for a very nice stay!

Vince was very accommodating, he was fast respond to us at all hours, service was great, it felt more like I was staying at a cousins apartment as opposed to a hotel. Air conditioners worked great apartment was beautiful. My kids really loved the space and the convenience of the washer and dryer was absolutely phenomenal. It came in handy. Extremely happy with my stay, I will be staying again for sure in the near future. There is a 24 hour 711 right downstairs, which was great. There was a nice little coffee stand outside of the building. The building staff was phenomenal and friendly always greeted us with smiles. Great location, walking distance to everything.

There was a minor issue with the unit during my stay. Richard was very responsive and helpful and got the issue resolved very quickly in a manner that I greatly appreciated. Very good host!

Clean and allows self check-in. We had a good rest with nice sunrise view. The place is right across the US embassy. :)

I picked this place knowing it was close to the malls so there is no surprise on that. Very good location. I am quite impressed though that Mitch was up when I arrived at unit and had to text him regarding parking. It was almost midnight and he answered and assisted me immediately. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. While I did not cook there - the kitchen was well equipped. Love the fact that there is a washer/dryer inside the unit. The building staff are all very friendly and the amenity floor including the gym was updated. Thanks for a wonderful 3 week stay!

Good location and easy access to Makati CBD

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)

Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

We stayed at Love Lourdes Villa with our big family and had a really comfortable experience. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the location made it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and other essentials. Everything we needed was available, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The setup worked well for a larger group, and we had plenty of space to unwind. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families or groups looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay!

A good place to stay for family/friends, spacious and there’s a lot you can do (karaoke, sauna, playground, etc.). I suggest to not bring more cars. Overall the place is peaceful and beautiful plus the helpful caretakers.

Byron’s place is beautiful! Basically had the entire beach to ourselves. The rocky beach is fun to explore and has an amazing panorama of the east coast of Luzon. The house itself is very spacious, homey, and organized. Had a great time!!

I would say it was one of the best places to stay in Baguio. In my experience, it was memorable and truly stood out. Thank you for having us, and we will definitely look forward to staying again! :)

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.

Great stay! The place was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks to our wonderful host for making our stay enjoyable! That was my first time booking at airbnb. I’m very sorry for the missing teaspoon. We might misplaced it or dumped it on garbage unknowingly. Overall, it was a successful celebration for our family.
