Beachfront vacation rentals in Luzon

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Araya Beach Casas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The villas are in excellent condition and amenities and equipment are well provided for. The beach was in front of the property, only a few steps from the villa.

House has this old, ancestral vibe. It is very spacious. Kahit magtakbo-takbo ung bata pwede. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious too. Medyo maalikabok lang ung tables inside when we arrived and ung floor pero understandable coz of location lalo na sa labas ng house is sand. Nakaseparate ung kitchen but very clean and halos lahat ng need mo andun. Even the ref is very clean. Medyo hassle lang kasi magkabilang dulo ung kitchen and dining pero they have a cart naman you can use to bring the food and stuff to and from the dining. Sophia is a very nice host. Very responsive. She didn’t get tired of answering my querries. Ate Anita was a great help too.

Really a nice place to stay with friends. We will surely book again soon with family, our kids and pet will surely enjoy this place too. It is really a peaceful place, far from noisy places with night life. You’ll surely enjoy the night to hangout with friends and talk about life.

This was one of the best stays I have had on Airbnb so far. Maria and Joseph are really great hosts; from the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and were always available to help with anything we needed. They even organized multiple day trips for us where we went hiking, drove to snorkeling spots with a boat, and also a boat trip to another island. The place is quiet and beautiful, and you have your own private access to the beach directly in front of the property. We were also able to borrow kayaks and explore the waters. The beach is great for snorkeling if you go further into the water; there are beautiful fish and marine life to see. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, with plenty of opportunities for adventure right on your doorstep.

This bungalow had everything we needed—we loved the peaceful and private beachfront access. It’s peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our kids and dogs had a great time during our two-night stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and both bathrooms were decent and clean. The beach had a fine sand(not a white sand) but not rocky and the water was just right for swimming, especially to kids! Big thanks to Marvin for being helpful and kind to us during our stay. The place is really nice and clean. The checking in process was smooth, there are several people that handled us, and they are all very responsive and friendly. When we entered the place it was very comfy and clean, all of the things needed are available to use.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

I have had a great experience staying at Amy's house. The place is quiet as its located inside a small street. the place is clean. Amy also organised a pick up service and greeted us in person us even though we had a late check in. Most importantly, Amy is an honest person, she literally saved my life by preventing me from doing scuba diving as she just realised my flight was scheduled at the same day as the day i am going to do a scuba diving and if i did dive on that day i couldve died due to low cabin pressure on the flight back to sydney. thank you Amy, i really appreciate what youve done and cant recommend Amy's place enough. Guys dont even think about it, just book this place now!

place was a bit far from our itinerary (pundaquit). we chose to stay here because of the wifi connection as we need to work during our stay. the host is responsive and accomodating and offered island hopping options and allowed us to extend for a few hours more.

We had a great time at Lucky Seven Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas! The host and staff were very kind, accommodating, and considerate. They made sure we were comfortable during our whole stay. One thing that could be improved is the number of bathrooms. For a group of 20 people, it would be better if there were more to avoid waiting. Just a heads-up for future visitors: the beach is a bit rocky and the sand isn’t very fine, but the water is still nice for swimming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

The place was proper beachfront property. The sea is just right in front and you can even hear it while asleep. It felt relaxing and peaceful. The place also has very accommodating staff. Too bad we weren't able to do island hopping because of the weather conditions but we're glad that the staff didn't push through as there was a severe incident with another resort that did. We did a banana boat activity instead which is as enjoyable. All in all, it was a great stay!

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The place is one of the best airbnb I've been. It's cleab, relaxing and the most hospitable host ever -- kudos to their best caretaker, Ate Maja! She gave us fresh buko juice, prepared our table, making a bonfire for us -- she did this even without us asking for it. The place is so relaxing, quiet, perfect for family. We will definitely going back.

Lokalsvibe Surf House is a great place to stay at when you are having a vacation at Pundaquit Beach!

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!
