A very pleasant, comfortable and safe stay

真很棒，隔音也很好，路上很乾淨，房間也很安靜，附近就是華泰，樓下有全家和火鍋店

It was my first visit to Taiwan and I was very skeptical about finding a decent place. This one is exactly like described in the pictures and I easily felt at home. Karen was very responsive. I reached at 3 AM in the night. The night shift guy at reception did not know English and I had trouble making him understand that I needed keys. Then I showed him the email with the detailed instructions shared by Karen and it worked. This was the only glitch in my stay. The place was sparkling clean, very tastefully decorated with clean linen and bathroom. I just suggest to have some smaller extra cooking utensils. I am an Indian vegetarian and I carried a rice cooker with me which helped me a lot. I felt completely at home the way the home was kept. The patio was beautiful. It is also very close to an outlets mall, Starbucks, MRT high speed rail etc. Overall it was a great stay and the place I would prefer to go on my next visit as well. Thanks Karen!

地點就在高鐵附近，樓下也有全家，十分方便，房東回覆速度也很即時跟親切，很棒的住宿體驗！

Jeff is very attentive and maintained his place nicely. Felt like home when staying at his place. Would definitely recommend to others when choosing to live in Linkou.

Lynn was very friendly and responsive to my questions, one of which was even my own misunderstanding of how the hot water worked. She not only responded quickly but also made sure I felt comfortable enjoying the accommodation the place provided. The unit was very clean. The washer and dryer provided great convenience for people with longer stay needs. The loft could sleep two, but I mainly stayed on the main floor and slept on the sofa bed which I had no problem. The security people at the entrance foyer were very professional and friendly. The neighborhood was convenient yet quiet and safe. There were a lot of small stores, local restaurants, a big park and Mitsui Outlet all within walking distance. The transportations to Taipei City or Taoyuan airport were convenient too. There were different bus routes and MRT to take. I had a wonderful 2 week stay there and would recommend this place if you plan to stay in Linkou.

The listing is a modern condo in central Taipei that is very accessible and close to the station. The house is very clean and cozy. I shared the place with three other friends and Frank has kindly arranged an extra sofa bed for us. The rooms are divided by movable dividers, so we had the choice to join the rooms into one big living space or have separate rooms for extra privacy. The listing has two clean and fully furnished bathrooms, making it extra convenient for larger groups. The washer with drying function was really useful, especially for longer stays.

great location. stayed here twice, both time the unit was clean and quiet. between 2 subway stations and accisible to 3 different subway lines.

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it immediately comfortable. I especially appreciated the easy access to both bus and train stations. Super convenient for getting around without a car. One of my favorite features was the laundry area with a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day out. There are plenty of street food options and convenience stores within walking distance. The only minor issue was figuring out how to get cold water from the dispenser — I couldn’t quite manage it, but it didn’t impact the overall experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere!

松山空港から電車で1本、駅からも近く、部屋の近所にはコンビニやレストランが沢山ありとても便利な立地でした。朝市も近く、フルーツやお惣菜、フルーツジュースを楽しみました。 お部屋は広く清潔で、テレビやスピーカー、エアコン、洗濯機、冷蔵庫など新しく使いやすいものでした。 ホストもとても親しみやすく親切で、詳しく部屋を案内して下さり、こまめに連絡をくれました。 このお部屋にとてもリーズナブルに泊まれて、良い旅行になりました、ありがとう！

位在靠近河堤附近的安靜小套房！簡直是讓人夢寐以求的家！ 住宅附近有7-11、叫外送也方便、餐具與廚具一應俱全，重要的是洗沐用品到設備都是有牌的商品...! 不是淘寶貨(重要) 床很舒服！而且屋主還幫忙準備了飲用水非常貼心，進出都是磁扣，收納空間也非常足夠（似乎還有提供雨傘）有機會還想再來☺️🌸🌸🌸

這次帶著小baby回新竹探親，需要找大一點的民宿，這家不但空間夠大、整潔、設備齊全，而且床鋪很舒服，洗澡水壓也剛剛好，冬天來住暖氣也夠強。許小姐有配合我們的入住時間，有什麼問題也會及時回答和處理，這一點很讚👍總體來說是很棒的體驗，下次再來新竹還會考慮住這家！

This place was spacious and matches the photo! Very responsive. The place had everything we need and highly recommended to people who like to have a bit more family space together than a hotel room(s). Location wise: there’s hiking trails just less than 5mins away and need to walk approx 8-10mins to the Metro entrance but there are u-bike nearby.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—right in the heart of 信義區, just a short walk to the MRT, and surrounded by endless shopping and food options. It made getting around with our two kids so easy. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family of four. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely book again!

空港からや新幹線からともアクセスしやすく、学校の隣なので活気ある街で地元のレストランなど沢山ありますた。高い階にあるので、静でした。全体的に清潔で、ビューもよかったので、次回家族旅行でも利用したいと思います。

숙소 - 쾌적함 이렇게 제 집처럼 편안한 숙소는 처음이었습니다. 사진보다 실제 공간이 훨씬 더 넓습니다. 한국 아파트 기준 약 35평 이상 정도 평수에 넓은 방 두 칸으로 되어있어 매우 쾌적합니다. 성인 4인 정도 지내기에 최적화 되어있으며, 영유아 1-2인까지도 추가로 지낼 수 있을 정도의 공간입니다. 화장실이 두 칸이라 아침의 번잡함도 훨씬 줄어들고, 양쪽 욕실 거리가 멀어 서로 프라이버시도 보장됩니다. 거기에 한적한 현지인들 거주지라 소음이 거의 없어 정말 편안한 수면이 가능했습니다. 매트리스 및 침구도 좋았습니다. 통풍도 매우 좋아 5월 첫째주 우기 여행임에도 에어컨 없이 숙소에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 아주 새것같은 상태의 집은 아니지만, 매우 훌륭하게 관리가 되어 있어서 아늑하고 편안합니다. 위치 - 실용적 주변 곳곳 도보 가능한 거리에 현지인들이 이용하는 식당이 있어 따로 찾아다니지 않고도 맛있는 음식을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 구글맵 이용을 추천드립니다. 편의점도 골목 입구에 있고, 과일 가게도 근처에 있습니다. 대만에 오시면 위스키를 많이 구입해 가시는데 훌륭한 주류 가게도 주변에 여럿 있고, 무엇보다 MRT에서 매우 가까우며 쇼핑몰 밀집 구역도 도보로 조금만 가면 됩니다. 도보로 인한 여행 피로도를 현저히 줄일 수 있습니다. 호스트 - 친절 직접 공항에서 숙소까지 오는 벤을 예약해주셨을 뿐만 아니라, 입구에 마중나와 친절히 맞이해주셨습니다. 비행기가 연착되어 더운 날씨에 오래 기다리셨을텐데 너무 감사했습니다. 영어로 의사소통이 잘 되셔서 한국분들도 편안하게 이용이 가능합니다. 체크인부터 안내사항이 매우 명료하고 간결하여 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 다음 번 가족여행 때 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다. 감사합니다.
