The space
Situated in the exclusive Mont Choisy enclave, Happy Bay Villa is a classic French Creole retreat. The elegant entrance, lush gardens, and native boulders create a captivating introduction to this private oasis. The villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the lush mountains, azure sea, and distant Anguilla. Vibrant gardens surround the property with colorful flora and fruit trees, while the endless blue heated pool seamlessly merges with the stunning vistas. The spacious Ipe wood terrace offers outdoor dining, seating, and quiet nooks to relax.

Inside, the fully air-conditioned great room opens to the tropical breeze through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Travertine floors flow throughout the interiors, adorned with contemporary and exotic decor in teak woods and soothing colors. The well-appointed kitchen features modern design with glass tiles, stainless appliances, and touches of grey. The villa also houses a fully equipped gym on the lower garden level.

The villa's four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are nestled under one roof. Each room offers access to the pool, a small office/workspace, and incredible sea views. Three bedrooms are conveniently accessed from a large media room, perfect for teenagers and kids. The master bedroom, on the opposite side, provides a private oasis. Unique materials and stylish fixtures adorn each bathroom, all fully air-conditioned.

Although secluded, Happy Bay and Friar's Bay beaches are just steps away. A quick 3-minute drive leads to the charming town of Grand Case, known for its fantastic restaurants and the Hope Estate area with a French grocery store and the renowned Bacchus restaurant and wine merchant.
The interior great room, with spaces for seating and dining, is fully air condition or opens fully to the tropical breeze. Floor to ceiling glass doors brings in the view. Travertine floors run throughout the interiors. The recently renovated decor has an open and airy attitude in a mix of contemporary and exotic furnishings and accessories in teak woods and soft taupe and cream colors. The modern fully equipped kitchen, open to the view, is tastefully designed in glass tiles, stainless appliances, and grey with pops of color. A fully equipped gym with a bathroom is located on the lower garden level.

The four bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, are off the main salon and under one roof. Each has interior and exterior doors for access to the pool, a small office/workspace, and fabulous sea views. Three bedrooms are accessible off a large media room with a flat-screen TV, perfect for teenagers are kids to share this wing of the villa. The master bedroom, located on the opposite side of the villa, is its own private oasis. Private for some but still connected given all bedrooms are under the same roof and all accessible from the inside. Each bathroom is uniquely designed in interesting mixes of materials and stylish fixtures plus they are fully air-conditioned.

SXM Music Festival: Please note that at the beginning of March each year (exact dates TBD) there is an Electronic Music Festival on Happy Bay beach.
