Room to dream

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

For us, our apartment means "coming home". We use it regularly ourselves and have therefore set it up in such a way that we don't miss anything. We like to have it practical and functional, embedded in the cozy flair of past days and with love for some details. We are a family with two children (10 and 16 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is a self-contained apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are just around the corner. We have a nice view over the Rhine Valley.

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.
