Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lusaka Province

Great location. Everything is a short drive away especially East Park Mall, Manda Hill Mall and a variety of restaurants. There is a communal kitchen. However, due to the power outages, this probably your best option for Airbnb. There are solar panels so you don't feel the power outages as much. I will add the staff present are helpful and if there's anything they can't sort out, Kevin does.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood, close to major malls. All was as per pictures online, including cleanliness. Highly supportive, respectful and responsive hosts made the stay with my family a memorable one. Flexibility given at check-in and check-out greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to all.

I would stay here again! I’ve already recommended the listing to my friends. The house felt safe, is part of a quaint community of town houses. The house was modern, clean, and comfortable.

Emily's house was the perfect base for us in the south of Lusaka. Beautiful garden area, extremely spacious rooms and kitchen - even solar back up power. Very easy and kind communication. Highly recommended!

Had a great time, very private and secure accommodation Pearls is always very responsive and helpful sorting out any minor issues quickly and the on site team were great as well There are plenty of shops etc within walking distance and it’s easy to get into town using a Yango if you want a larger mall Will definitely stay there again

Amazing place!!! Definitely the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at here in Lusaka. Quiet neighborhood, great for foreign travellers like myself who don’t get out much and just want to work. Paula is extremely patient!! During my trip I experienced some banking difficulties and Paula gave me lots of grace to rectify the payment. I never felt rushed, never felt anxious, never felt stressed - she was always very understanding and calm, as well as reassuring when it came to me suggesting alternative payment methods. For any traveller looking for a very stress free experience, please choose Paula. She’s extremely reliable, patient, friendly and kind. I will definitely choose her again (without the hassles this time!!)

I had a lovely stay at Jemimahs, its so peaceful- i felt right at home at check in. Location wise, i saved a lot on transport as everything was so close by. I had stayed somewhere before which had severe power cuts so it was so good to not have to go throught that at Jemimahs. The helper was so polite and made sure the place was refreshed each day. Jemimah kept in touch throughout to ensure i had a lovely time. I def hope to come back in future!

I would highly recommend staying here when in Lusaka. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and quiet, and across the road to Munali mall which features lots of resurants and other useful shops like a pharmacy. Very convenient location to stay at. Virginia was a friendly and welcoming host. Her place was was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. It was also connected to back up electricity so we were not inconvenienced by any power cuts at all. Internet WiFi was also fast and reliable which made remote working very easy. Well worth the cost for such a comfortable and convenient stay in Lusaka.

Every morning, a delicious homemade breakfast featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients was served, with thoughtful treats throughout the day. The service was impeccable—attentive yet unobtrusive. Rizwana’s personalized recommendations and attention to detail made my stay seamless and enjoyable. As my visit ended, I was already planning my return. The Avocados is more than just a stay—it’s an experience that lingers.

We absolutely loved our staycation here . It’s very rare to find an Air bnb that put in the extra effort to ensure you have a hotel experience while at the same time ensuring it feels like home. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area with the pool was a highlight. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and serene experience. We will definitely be returning!

This is by far the best 1 bedroom bnb in Lusaka and I have been to quite a lot! It’s neat, the host is super friendly and she even goes the extra mile with treats to make you feel welcome. Lovely neighborhood as well, very peaceful and secure. Im definitely coming here again!

Barbara's place is a nice cozy place near everything you need. You can walk to the ShopRite, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Aside from this place being very nice, Barbara and her people were even nicer: One day when I wasn't feeling well, they sent their man Philip to the store for my necessities! THAT is above and beyond! Thank you Barbara, see you upon my return to Zambia!

Amazing experience and host

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.
