Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

It is beautifully decorated, inspired by the old seaside hotels, with striped wallpaper, straw hats and natural materials. The nicest beach is right outside the door, next to the harbor, with pleasure boats, ice houses, restaurants and music. Possibility of 2 extra beds in the living room. Just opposite the apartment is Den Gamle Købmand, with a large selection.

If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest swimming area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good choice. There are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. In the summer months, there is music at the harbor every weekend + flea market every Tuesday. Incl. towels and bed linen

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.
