Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lumio

Very good location, almost in the shadow of the largest church in Bastia. It is admittedly a little shady (little natural light) in the apartment - but who wants to spend a lot of time in the apartment when you can be at the old harbor, the citadel or the market square in a few steps? Well-equipped kitchen, even with a pack of spaghetti and tomato sauce for quick cooking, coffee pods in rough quantities (tea was also available), water and juice in the fridge. Great!

A beautiful home with breathtaking views. Everything was sparkling clean and the apartment is really well equipped. We felt right at home. The communication was excellent. It is a good 20-minute walk along the sea to the city. Supermarkets are easily accessible by car. The elevator saves you from having to carry your shopping. Bonus: Since the apartment is so high up, there are no mosquitoes :)

ideally located in the city center in the middle of restaurants and shops - very quiet also because very well insulated - very clean - very well furnished - very well equipped - Note: 50 steps lead to the accommodation and 17 others make it up - not necessarily a negative point but rather a specificity to know - terrace and kitchen with views of the beach on one side and the mountain on the other, beautiful!

Beautiful spacious apartment in a perfect location - 5 mins walk from the beach, and 1 minute from supermarket. Decor is very tasteful & the terrace is huge with amazing views. Would highly recommend.

We were very hospitably received by Joelle and Patrick. The accommodation is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Nearby, we of course visited Bastia, but also made beautiful trips and hiked in Cap Corse and in the direction of St Florent and Calvi. Patrick gave us a lot of good tips about what to do and where we can find a nice and quiet beach with pine trees within 10 minutes(!). This address is highly recommended!

Dominique and his wife are extremely kind. Their priority is to do their utmost for the well-being of their tenants. The location is ideal for walking to the beach or downtown. The accommodation is amazing, with a magnificent sea view. This is certainly one of the best Airbnb rentals we have done: more than friendly host and very pleasant accommodation with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. I highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great time at the house offered by Anne Charlotte and her husband, The house is peaceful, tastefully decorated and with a magnificent view not overlooked. The heated pool is a pleasure for both children and adults. Our hosts were very warm, attentive and above all very accommodating. We would happily stay again for our next vacation in Calvi. Carine is a very loving host. The accommodation is unique, beautiful, pure nature. However, you should be prepared for the fact that it takes 10 minutes of winding car ride to get to the sea. The Cap Corse is also more suitable for hiking, walking, enjoying peace and quiet instead of beach holidays. Thank you very much for everything

We had a great time, quiet in this house with sea views from the terrace. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Careful decor. Josette's apartment puts you at peace with the world, it is surrounded by nature and you can't hear any noise. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nearby there are many wineries where you can buy wine and Bastia is just a 20-minute drive away. I hope to return soon here to Josette's house (which by the way is very nice) and to Patrimonio.

Super quiet apartment but close to the center of Saint-Florent and the beach (pebbles). The accommodation is well-equipped (barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, TV, washing machine and dryer, cleaning products, etc.) and the terrace with pool is very nice. Alice makes herself available at the slightest difficulty.

Super bright accommodation with impressive panoramic views of Corte. Well-appointed accommodation with very good quality bedding, spacious shower room adjoining the bedroom. Separate toilet. Beautiful green and well-equipped terrace for dining or simply enjoying moments of tranquility facing the Citadel and the surrounding mountains. Modern and ultra peaceful residence. Our stay was very pleasant thanks to the comfort of the accommodation but also thanks to its geographical location. We highly recommend this accommodation and will keep it as a favorite for a future stay in Corsica.

Wonderful stay. Natalie was absolutely kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location, with sea views and the beach just a few meters away. The city of Calvi is beautiful and with many nice restaurants to eat at. The apartment is spacious, clean and with everything you need to cook. There is a balcony where you can eat with a magnificent view. There are shops for grocery shopping nearby. I highly recommend it. If we get a chance, we'll definitely be back. We were all seduced, young and old, by this impeccable, well-arranged, airy and very pleasant accommodation. With 7 of us, we weren't really on top of each other, everyone could find their own corner for reading or lounging, with peace of mind. The pool was very nice and spacious, and the apartment has a large private terrace. A special THANK YOU to Gabriela who kindly welcomed us on arrival and was available for any questions, as well as to Pierre Paul who was flexible about access to the apartment.
