Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Alles war sehr Sauber, sehr gut Ausgestattete Küche. Modernes Bad. Die Strasse ist recht gut befahren, in der Nacht lässt der Verkehr aber nach. Die Fenster haben 3-fach Isoliergläser, was auch hilft. Nachts kann man die Fenster gegen den Innenhof öffnen. Für die Fenster im Schlafzimmer hätte ich mir Licht-undurchlässige Vorhänge gegen das Morgendliche aufhellen des Schlafzimmers gewünscht (Trotz geschlossenen Fensterläden). Die Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer war super. Es hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr Nett, reagieren schnell und sind hilfsbereit.

Casa Amina ist gut zu finden. Parkplätze gibt es genügend und sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Sylvia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir wurden sehr herzlichst und mit Küssen begrüßt. Die Ferienunterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos , und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Unsere 3 Dackelmädchen, bekamen von Sylvia eine kleines Geschenk, was uns sowohl sehr gefreut als auch überrascht hat, wir haben das bis jetzt noch nie gehabt, das wir so herzlich mit Hunden empfangen wurden. Es schreckt eher ab, wenn man sagt man hat 3 Hunden. Zur Begrüssung hat eine kalte Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank gewartet. Sylvia gibt wertvolle Tipps regional zum Wandern , oder Essen. Sie ist sehr bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste.

very close to the lake. parking Spot right next to the appartement. the appartement was very clean and you have everything you need. lunio is just a 15 minute walk away. supermarket 3 min away. A good Restaurant is just across the street. We would really like to stay again. thank you Michela. We had a great stay.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay in a fab apartment. Great location and property as described. Stefania was a fantastic host and was always available for any issues. A perfect stay for out time in Lake Maggiore. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit einmaliger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Am besten hat uns allerdings die besondere Lage und der tolle Blick gefallen! Mit den Liegestühlen kann man direkt vor dem Haus am Kiesstrand liegen oder auf dem Balkon die Sicht geniessen. Raimondo war gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder !

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

Alessandra a été proactive et nous a bien conseillé. Son appartement est très propre et bien rangé. Il offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour, même prolongé (cuisine, terrasse, etc). L’endroit est très calme. Il préférable d’avoir son propre véhicule mais les transports publics sont aussi possible pour aller directement à Lugano ou Bellinzona. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour au Tessin. Merci Alessandra!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Vielen Dank von Herzen liebe Carla Lidia. Wir als familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und hund haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt bei Carla... sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, diskret einfach ein Herzens Mensch. Sie hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir vorher in die Wohnung rein konnten und hat uns sogar etwas organisiert um noch weitere Tage da zu bleiben. Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe, Kunst und kleinen schönen Details eingerichtet. Die Fotos werden der Wohnung nicht gerecht sie ist viel schöner mit vielen bequemen sitz möglichkeiten zum Lesen oder einfach entspannen. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon im Schlafzimmer ist atemberaubende und der panoramaweg nach orta ist echt schön. Ihr bekommt außergewöhnliche Tips die außerhalb des normalen Tourismus sind... wir kommen so gerne wieder... danke von Herzen

Eine Oase der Entspannung – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt. Die Atmosphäre ist wundervoll – ruhig, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: modern, hochwertig und absolut sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sowie den erstklassigen Service – man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Ein ideales Reiseziel für Ehepaare, die Ruhe, Komfort und eine besondere Zeit zu zweit genießen möchten. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt, aber ganz sicher nicht unser letzter. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Auszeit!

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen Paola oli täydellinen emäntä. Haimme siskoni kanssa rauhaa ja rentoutumista ja sitä todella saimme istuessamme asunnon parvekkeella, vehreyden ja kauneuden ympäröimänä, taianomaisesta ilta- auringosta nauttien. Alueella on paljon katsottavaa ja koettavaa. Palasimme kotiin rentoutuneina, ihanat muistot mukanamme.

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

Tolle Wohnung. Ricardo war bei allen aufkommenden Fragen schnell erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
