Waterfront vacation rentals in Lugano District

We loved our stay here! Two comfortable king beds (2 twins together for each) and a great balcony that was fairly private with comfortable furniture. It had a small kitchen with 2 stovetop burners, a hot water pitcher, and a small fridge. It had air conditioning and was very clean and modern. The infinity pool and lake access was fantastic!

This luxurious apartment on the shores of Lake Lugano, exceeded all expectations. Elegant furnishings and spacious balcony provided stunning lake view, creating a serene and picturesque environment. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Its proximity to local attractions and the tranquil lakeside setting made it the perfect retreat. I highly recommend this exceptional property to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Wohnung war toll. Morgens unter der Woche ein bisschen Lärm, dafür nicht weit vom Zentrum und mit Seeblick. Der PP in Tiefgarage etwas eng, aber ok. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, da die Bushaltestelle direkt unterhalb vom Block ist. Die Kommunikation mit Musa war sehr gut, der Check-in ist mit der Anleitung "tubelisicher" :) Tiptop, danke 😊👍🏻

Wir haben die direkte Lage am See sehr genossen, genau so wie die Nähe zu Restaurants und Gelateria! Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und wir fühlten uns von Anfang sehr wohl. Yvonne ist eine überaus freundliche Gastgeberin und und hat auf unsere Anfragen immer sehr rasch geantwortet. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft mit privaten Seezugang inkl. Nutzung von Strandliegen mit Blick auf den Monte Generoso und Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Bahnhof ist 15 min fußläufig entfernt um u.a. auf den Monte Generoso oder nach Lugano zu gelangen. Für eine gute Restaurantauswahl empfehlen wir nach Porto Ceresio (Italien) zu fahren. Regula war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und ihre selbstgemachte Marmelade hat uns die Tage im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes versüßt.

We spent the Easter weekend at one of the apartments at Gritti Palace. The location is perfect and in the town’s center. We really enjoyed Alix’s hospitality and are grabbing for all the services and assistance that she provided, including giving us another room where there is no stairs since I’m pregnant, finding us more varieties of tea and fixing the toilet seat promptly. The communication was very easy and fast. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Le cadre est idyllique et reposant. Les petits magasins d alimentation ce font a pieds ,pour les supermarchés il faut prendre la voiture. A votre arrivée il y a un cadeau de bienvenue. (ça fait toujours plaisir), un appartement très confortable et super bien équipé, un beau jardin et un accès au lac, une terrasse face au lac avec un coin BBQ, bref un petit paradis des vacanciers. Comme quoi, il n’y a pas besoin d’aller trop loin pour passer des super moments. Des voisins agréables qui vous donnent de bon conseils.

My three colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay! The jacuzzi was amazing :) We would definitely come back. The location is also fantastic – right by the lake. We really appreciated how flexible you were with the check-out, that was a big help. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a wider selection of spices for cooking. Other than that, everything was perfect – thank you for a wonderful time!

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Die Unterkunft war ideal für 2 Paare mit vielen Schlaf- und Badezimmern. Alles war vorhanden und mehr. Sauber war es und es hatte eine ne grosszügige Terrasse mit einer One Million Dollar View. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Holz für Cheminée standen bereit. Christoph gab uns Tipps und beim Checkin und Checkout war er entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leo war ein feiner Gastgeber, der uns einen tollen Service geboten hat. Das alte Tessinerhaus ist romantisch und die Sicht auf den See von allen Fenstern ist herrlich. Für 8 ist es etwas eng, ideal für 6 Leute. Wir schätzten besonders, dass man wunderbar mit ÖV reisen kann. Schiff, Bus und Zug sind ganz in der Nähe. Der kleine Laden in der Nähe bietet alles für den täglichen Gebrauch.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem romantischen Rustico. Die Kinder liebten das verwinkelte Häuschen und die Treppen und Weglein im Garten. Die Treppe ins obere Schlafzimmer ist wirklich sehr steil und die Türe ins untere Zimmer sehr schmal. Für sportliche Leute alles kein Problem😉. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht, gut ausgestattete Küche, wir liebten auch den Kamin. Der Aussenbereich ist unschlagbar-zum Glück hatten wir schönes Wetter. Besonders die Morgenstimmung mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Berge war sensationell. Vielen Dank!

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

The apartment is perfect to explore the area, with easy public transport access to Locarno, Bellinzona, and Verzasca valley. It is a very cute apartment, perfectly clean and very comfortable! The balcony was a great spot to relax. We would definitely come back!

Super Lage - Traumhaft Aussicht 😍

Wir waren über das Auffahrtswochenende in der Wohnung. Leider war Graziella selber im Urlaub aber mit den vielen Nachrichten hat alles super geklappt. Wir waren eine halbe Stunde früher als geplant und der Schlüssel war am abgemachten Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber und wie beschrieben alles vorhanden. Ivo haben wir am anderen Tag auch noch gesehen, er war sehr freundlich und gab auch noch Tipps. Am Sonntag haben wir eine Stunde später das Zimmer verlassen wie abgesprochen. Es war eine angenehme Zeit. Recht herzlichen Dank

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Andrin. Mehr als diese Aussicht vom Balkon braucht man eigentlich nicht, aber auch der Rest der Wohnung ist schön und gut eingerichtet. Bis bald hoffentlich!

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Il est situé dans un cadre magnifique entre piscine, lac et montagne. Romina est très réactive et est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Nous recommandons !

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super, die Unterkunft bietet sogar Kanus, die man benutzen darf.

Das Grischina in Locarno ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung am Lido di Locarno mit toller Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die Terrasse ist riesig.. Alle Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Badeanstalt ist gleich gegenüber und im Zentrum von Locarno ist man schnell zu Fuss. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben tolle 5 Tage in dieser ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Wohnung erlebt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Arrivederci Grischina!
