BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. A freshly renovated holiday home with a swimming pool (from mid April to mid October) awaits you with a direct view of Lake Sarnen and the Swiss Alps. Here you can escape your everyday life perfectly and enjoy full privacy. Centrally located, various activities are at your disposal: Lucerne and the ski resorts Melchsee-Frutt and Engelberg are just around the corner, the lake is only a short walk away and cities such as Zurich and Interlaken can be reached within an hour.

The house is located on the sunny side of Lucerne. The rooms have a separate entrance with a private garden seating area and a cosy viewing area with a view of the lake, mountains and the city of Lucerne. You can reach small bathing bays or the nearby castle park with the imposing Meggenhorn Castle on foot in 5-20 minutes. The 9-hole public golf course Meggen invites you to relax. The bus station is about 100 m away. You can reach the tourist highlights in 5-10 minutes.

Wir freuen uns sehr, unser wunderschönes Zuhause für Gäste zu öffnen, wenn wir es selbst nicht nutzen können. Es ist ein kleineres Reihenhaus (77m2). Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbetten: 180x200 cm) und einem Badezimmer. Im UG ist die Küche, das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Terrasse mit atemberaubender Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Es ist ein Rückzugs- und Entspannungsort mit Blick in die Natur. Entspannt euch auf der Lounge und geniesst die Erholungszeit!

Das Haus liegt vollständig im Grünen an ruhiger, sonniger Lage. Von der nächsten Bushaltstelle zu; Restaurant, Dorf, Bahnhof, See oder Paraplegiker Zentrum Nottwil innert 5 Min. Die nähere Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Biken, Jogging, Schwimmen, Fussballspielen etc. ein. Die herrliche Aussicht in die Berge und auf den See werden Sie begeistern. Unterkunft für max. 6 Personen Auch Familien mit Kindern sind herzlich willkommen.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
