Cozy house centrally located in Newberry on a quiet dead end road. Close to many Snowmobile and ATV trails. Trails accessible using county roads. Long driveway for large trailers. Many great attractions close by like Tahquamenon Falls, Garlyn Zoo, and Oswald Bear Ranch. Bar & Grill restaurant located right near the end of the street on M28 - quick ride or 7 minute walk! Dollar General located half a mile away, and only a 5-10 minute drive into town for more (gas, groceries, and restaurants).

This 2 bedroom one bath cabin is a sure fire way to escape your daily grind. Excellent location for snowmobilers, close to snowmobile trails. For the summertime getaway we are minutes away from 3 inland lakes with many trails to hike your worries away. Centrally located making many highlights only an hour away. Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Crisp Point Lighthouse and many more. We use only natural disinfectant cleaners and fragrance and dye free laundry detergents.

The home comes with a large patio, grill and outdoor fire pit. The modernized cabin has huge floor to ceiling windows in the main room featuring the kitchen, living room and fire place. Two bedrooms, mud room, and bathroom are also included. The large 1.5acre yard offers plenty of space for parking & yard games.

3 Bedroom 2 bath home with old school charm

The house is across the street from snowmobile trail 454 and one block east of m123, see pics of maps. Very close to town and a perfect homebase to snowmobile, side X side and sightseeing. Pictured Rocks and Tahquamenon Falls within a 40 minute drive. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected as a loft area with 4 beds. Has ample parking on my lot next door for trucks with trailers. There is a low level correctional facility across the street. No pets allowed.

Centrally Located For Fun In The UP

Entire 3 bedroom, 1 bath home centrally located to enjoy all the UP has to offer. Near the intersection of M123 and CR407 (Four Mile Corner) and just 4 miles north of the town of Newberry. From here you can take day trips to all the beautiful attractions that are "Pure Michigan" or hop on the snowmobile/ORV trails or maybe fish/ice fish in one of the many nearby lakes. Newberry is a quaint town with restaurants/shops/grocery/gas, etc. NO PETS ALLOWED.
