Lovely village house with terrace and sea views

Enjoy your stay in this pretty, centrally located village house in Bedar village, only a short walk to all amenities, tapas bars, art centre, bakery etc etc. The bright , quirky house is all on one level with steps to an outside terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Also parking is not a problem with a parking space for this house only!. A fabulous property.

This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. Situated in the Paraje Natural Karst de Yeso, (Nature Reserve), of Los Molinos del Rio Aguas, Sorbas. La Casita contains the basic solar power requirements on a low energy consumption. Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND THE "HOUSE RULES" BEFORE BOOKING. Rustic house for 2 with a private terrace. In the old town. With air conditioning/heating. Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
