From the apartment to the nearest swimming in Lake Schwerin, you need a 3-minute walk... you can walk to the castle on a beautiful waterfront path in 20 minutes and downtown is not much further. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest in 3 minutes walking distance. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (120 sqm) ... there is a second toilet ( without a figure), you have a terrace and can grill in the garden. Heating/hot water are included.

The holiday apartment is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forestry farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15000sqm. On the paddock there are two donkeys and four goats. In the garden are several seating areas, also covered, so you can also sit outside in bad weather. The apartment has its own terrace. No WiFi,good D2 net, please do not bring any animals.

Enjoy the simple life of this quiet and centrally located place. The apartment is located in the attic. It has an open small kitchen with stove/oven, fridge with frozen food compartment, dishwasher and a Tassimo In the bedroom you sleep on a cozy box spring bed. In a few minutes walk you are in the city center/DB train station. The apartment also includes a well-kept garden and a lockable cellar for bicycles, which can be accessed via the staircase.
