We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Staying in Wiltruds Airbnb was amazing. The room was very comfortable and home like. The whole house was very clean and nice. Wiltrud was always there for us and responded very quickly if we needed something. She was always very supportive. My roommates were also very nice. The house is also located in a very good distance from the city center. But near the house is also everything that I needed, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport stations. I cannot say enough how I enjoyed my staying there. I hope anytime soon I get back here. Thank you Wiltrud.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, keine 5 min vom Bahnhof. Die Wohnung war einfach traumhaft! Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren mit dem Check-Out sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Airbnb buchen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien. Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung sehr gefallen, sie ist gut angebunden an U-Bahn (5min) und Tram (2min). Dadurch ist man schnell im Stadtkern und hat vor dem Haus ein ganz eigenes und lohnenswertes Viertel. Eduardo ist immer ansprechbar, freundlich und flexibel. Self-Check-in praktisch, gerade wenn man mit mehreren Freunden unterwegs ist. Super Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wiltrud’s place was a true gem during my trip! It was affordable, well-kept, and perfectly located for a solo traveler. It’s close to U-Bahn and tram stations, with easy access to Vienna’s main attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. The one-storey shared apartment is comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with useful amenities like laundry, dishwasher, coffee machine, and hot water dispenser, all clearly labeled with clear instructions for convenience. Bathrooms were clean, and the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—I even overslept on my first night! Wiltrud was warm, responsive, and made every effort to ensure a smooth, pleasant stay. I’ll definitely prioritise staying here again when I return to Vienna.

We had a wonderful stay here. The communication leading up to our stay was excellent. The instruction booklet we received a few days before our stay was wonderful and informative. What a great spot and beautiful cosy accommodation. It had everything we needed for our long weekend. The washing machine and garage was a bonus! Highly recommend. Thank you.
