Charming house completely renovated with enclosed garden, ideally located 15 min from Chinon and its fortress, canoeing and fishing, 5 min from Richelieu the medieval town (accessible by bike via the greenway), 45 min from Futuroscope or 30 min from Center Parc. The place is good for couples, families (with kids), businesses, artisans, and artists.

Our cottage is independent of our accommodation, it is located 3 km from loudun, close to the castles of Loire SAUMUR, CHINON, FUTUROSCOPE, LOUDUN, THOUARS and CENTER-PARC. Art and culture are all about loudun. You will appreciate our accommodation for the calm. Our cottage is perfect for a couple with child, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).
