This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.
