Claudio gave us very clear instructions prior to arrival, the place turned out to be very private and cozy, with a wonderful environment. The service we received was very friendly and we felt very happy during our stay. We definitely want to come back!

I went with a temporary one and yet there are always a thousand things to do, either because it is very well located or because there is something to do in the building. The cabin had everything you needed, furniture, kitchen utensils, bathroom and bedroom clean and tidy. Hot water. It's very close to downtown, about a 3-minute drive. There are several businesses, restaurants, and waterfalls 12 minutes away. Matylde welcomed us very warmly, made us a fire, and the bag of firewood she left us was enough for the whole day. We just didn't get a response to know the checkout time, although the page says 11:00 am, we wanted to confirm it. The price is very good.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful house in Frutillar and it was a perfect experience. The house is very nice, cozy and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a wonderful view of the lake and is located in a very quiet place, ideal to disconnect and rest. The host, Carolina, was very attentive and was always available for anything we needed. We give it 5 stars without hesitation. Totally recommendable!

Rodrigo's house is beautiful, very cozy, very quiet neighborhood, zero noise, nothing is missing, fully equipped, minutes from everything, closed garage, and everything shown in the photos, Rodrigo responds in seconds, very kind. The distances to Frutillar, Petrohue and the surroundings don't feel so far with the beautiful landscapes. We really liked Puerto Octay.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and convenient with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was anything I was wondering about. I would definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.
