The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well maintained. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the area's beaches, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from downtown. The apartment itself is very well kept and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

The apartment is as shown in the photos; modern and with a very nice view, it also has everything you need to stay. My friends and I felt very comfortable and when we arrived, we found a nice gift, which was very valuable to us. Beautiful, cozy place. From the decoration of each space to the common rooms of the building, being attractive for large and small. Getting there on foot is a little complicated due to the location, but by car or Uber it's very easy to get there. The details, appliances, beds and space, the views of the volcano and the ocean, made our stay an excellent experience! The hosts' attention gave us support and help when we needed it, as well as the kindness of the concierges. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended! We recommend the place!

The stay in the apartment was great. Fabiola is always very attentive. The location of the apartment is excellent, because it is not in the middle of the noise of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood, but with everything you need so you don't have to go far, with restaurants, grocery stores, greengrocers, bakeries, markets, etc. In turn, it is minutes from shopping, and has easy access to the routes that took us to the tourist places we wanted to visit. I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and convenient with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was anything I was wondering about. I would definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.

We came on our honeymoon to this home in Puerto Montt and, from day one, we felt right at home. Isolde and Sergio are incredibly kind, always with an interesting conversation and an affection that made us feel like family. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, long talks with Don Sergio and fun board games with Isolde. As a finishing touch, we were lucky enough to try a spectacular curanto, the best thing we ate during our stay. We leave with a full heart and sure that we will return. In addition, the little dog "Guacolda" is the cutest part of the stay!

Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

Milah is a great hostess. She makes the extra effort to make sure that breakfast is different every day. My room was perfectly arranged so that I could work properly -- she moved in a desk and really comfortable chair. We had great conversations as well. Truly a wonderful stay with her and Angel and Cappi.

Excellent location, near business and restaurants, a strategic place to tour the island. Very clean, large and welcoming house, with everything you need to spend a very good vacation. The tub is great for relaxing after a day touring the island. Yohana next to Pablo are excellent hosts, always worried that our stay was pleasant, they gave us tips to be able to visit very beautiful places on the island. All it was a very good choice, highly recommended, my daughters were very happy. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
