Instructions were very detailed and helpful for a smooth check in and check out. Clean space and accurate listing. Very nice bathroom. Host interaction was minimal.

This stay was excellent! You are right in Santana Row which has great eating and shopping and you also get an indoor parking space which is very convenient. Ginger and Justin were very kind and easy to communicate with! Ginger even takes the time to meet you in person and show you the apartment and make sure all your questions are answered which is a nice personal touch! Thank you Ginger and Justin!

Great place in Redwood City, its close to a main street and easy to get around while there. The apartment is clean and well furnished, perfect for a family visit to the area!

Nikil's place in San Mateo is in a very good location for accessing downtown San Mateo and the neighborhoods around it, which was important for us since we were visiting our daughter, who lives just south of downtown. That part worked really well. We had understood that 3 people could stay in the apartment but misjudged the size of the sofa, which we thought someone could sleep on. As it turns out, the sofa is a very small loveseat so that wasn't possible. It isn't possible for a third person to sleep there unless they are on the floor or in a port-a-crib. Everything else was fine -- comfortable and well-equipped. Nikil was very communicative. The building is pleasant and safe and we enjoyed being there!

Setting is in a more urban residential area. Still, it was quiet and private. I appreciated the proximity to family I was visiting. Thank you for making this comfortable location available. Rick

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jose's Airbnb. First and foremost, communication with Jose was seamless. He promptly responded to all my inquiries. And the space itself was simply outstanding as everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. Although the surrounding area may seem a bit sketchy, I want to emphasize that the space itself is incredibly safe. Jose's Airbnb is protected by diligent guards who are present at all times, ensuring the security and peace of mind of every guest. I felt completely secure during my entire stay. The apartment is placed in a perfect position. You can find everything you need in a walking distance like a supermarket, good places to grab something to eat and gyms. the check-in was easy and perfectly matched the description Dee provided me before the arrival. The house is very spacious and the kitchen fully equipped. I recommend this place for a comfy stay in Palo Alto.

We had an amazing time at Devin's. We came in for a work trip and Devin's spot was perfect for unwinding and had plenty of space for us to work aswell. The bed was comfy, the place was beautiful, and the spa bath was amazing! The kitchen was also well stocked with coffee and cookware. Devin was also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely would stay again.

As a solo female traveler in town for business, this place was great. Short distance to the office but had everything you needed for working remote. Loved the kitchen set up and had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! My rav4 fit well in the garage. The walking path outside was great for either starting your day or winding down.

Rene is an amazing host that provided quick responses, great amenities, and support. The location is peaceful, quiet and walking distance to the nearest plaza for groceries and food. It is also a relatively short walk to the nearest light rail station as well. I had a long term stay of 4-months with three other people and we were all really satisfied with our stay. Although our stay was shortened prematurely by the COVID-19 pandemic, Rene was very understanding and provided us support for our safety until the very end. Whether if you're looking for a short or long stay, you will not regret choosing here.

We had everything we needed for our two night stay. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Communication was excellent.
