Lovely village house with terrace and sea views

Enjoy your stay in this pretty, centrally located village house in Bedar village, only a short walk to all amenities, tapas bars, art centre, bakery etc etc. The bright , quirky house is all on one level with steps to an outside terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Also parking is not a problem with a parking space for this house only!. A fabulous property.

We are in rural area of Spain where life is very laid back so a great place to relax, walk, read and recharge. The village of Lubrin is a traditional Spanish village with a couple of bars for tapas, and shops for your basics.

Today with AC in the car, a wonderful journey. In this house you pamper yourself. The wonderful old Cortijo has been carefully renovated. The 130 m2 house is located in the small town of Gochar, near Sorbas. Where buying and drinking coffee and eating well is a pleasant reason to leave home.
