Very quiet 1st floor apartment in historic farm house. Just outside the busy market town of Cloppenburg and close to nature reserve and lake Thuelsfelder Talsperre. The large flat has been newly built in 2021 and offers views across the fields and meadows. Inside, all the modern comforts and a cosy queensize boxspring bed are waiting for you. Ideal for nature lovers and bikers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden.

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm of the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly equipped, it offers space for up to 4 people on 120sqm. If the 25 sqm large roof terrace is not sufficient for you, garden use is of course allowed. Just like exploring the whole farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and are looking forward to your visit!

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
