I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, less than a 10-minute walk to Dilijan town centre, which made it easy to explore the cafes, shops, and nearby trails. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful when I had questions. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Dilijan.

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. This place is incredible value for money! This place is probably bigger than my apartment at home, in off season only €22/night. Armen, the host, welcome me with fresh juice, coffee and Armenian pastry. He was incredibly friendly, treating his guests like friends! If I come back to Vanadzor again I will stay here!

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful — exactly as pictured, clean, and very comfortable. Norayr was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, making everything easy. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

New, clean and organized apartment.

The place was very clean, delightful and Artur was really helpful. He even picked us up from the entrance of Vanadzor and helped take all the luggage upstairs.

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

We enjoyed the two weeks we stayed in this apartment. Communication was always quick and good, which is nice. The apartment is fully equipped. The bed is good and the temperature is also nice in the summer (it doesn't get too hot inside). Please note that there are no curtains so you can wake up early from the light. Soon we felt completely at home there and it was the base of day trips in the area. Soonwe t righ The apartment is quietly located in a village where there is really not much to do. You really need a car to explore the area and to get to the accommodation at all. For us this was not a problem. We liked the fact that the locals soon start to recognize you and are always a bit surprised that you are there. For some better groceries, the center of Alaverdi is nearby.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with its own entrance and the ability to park your car comfortably. Nice wifi. Nice hot shower. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes. When it's hot outside, the apartment remains pleasantly cool. In general, everything was nice. Here we managed to take a break and reconnect after a long journey and before the next big car trip. Thank you very much ❤️ [There was no laundry detergent; and shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. were not updated when we arrived. But it seems like it shouldn't have been. It just didn't match my expectation, so I note.]
