Villa ME is located in Rojales there is a mistake in the address on the Airbnb location , gate number is 16( not 7) and we cannot correct it at the moment , in the area of Alicante , a short car distance from the sea overlooking the beautiful lake view from the terrace. Villa is brand new, very spacious. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. nice pool , sub beds and terrace furniture to enjoy your holidays. A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Enjoy breakfast outside whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.
