It has two bedrooms, one private parking space & courtyard and is close to many local attractions – from quaint farm shops to ancient Roman baths. There are also many fantastic walks right on its doorstep. The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

Located in the village of Crockerton only 5 minutes from Longleat and Center Parcs. Detached from the main house with plenty of off road parking our stylish Scandi studio apartment has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room a lounge/kitchen featuring a double sofa bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen has full, but very basic, cooking amenities making this an ideal haven for a mini ‘hygge’ break or work trip. Toiletries are provided together with food and drink starter pack.

Lovely annexe: private bathroom, entrance & garden

A gorgeous and spacious double room annexe, with en suite bathroom, private entrance through french windows and facilities for simple cooking (microwave/toaster). A portion of the front garden, with table and chair, is entirely for guests' use. The room sits at the end of a detached period cottage, once an old weaver's cottage in the 17th century, overlooking the Longleat estate and thus beautiful views. There is free off-road parking and only a few miles to Frome or Warminster.
