Sally was a great host and went out of her way to make sure I had a good time. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I really appreciated the extra effort — would definitely stay again.

Vy and Co-host were very helpful from the moment I booked with them all throughout my trip. The Airbnb was easily accessible and they guided me to my room and provided me with access cards to all the facilities. They also gave many recommendations on places to visit and I had a chance to see most of them. Each one was worth the visit and made my time in Vietnam very memorable.

I had a great stay at Thành's apartment. The check-in was easy, the apartment was clean and nicely organized and Thành was super responsive with all communication throughout. I would happily stay again.

Had a great stay the location is superb with many shops and restaurants within very short walking distance. Hung and his team deliver a superb service very quick communication and they deliver on their promises. I stayed for a month and had a weekly cleaning service included which was great. The apartment is exactly as shown and detailed on the listing. I will certainly be staying with Hung when I get back to HCMC and highly recommend his service to anyone! Many Thanks

Excellent accommodation. The studio apt is small but has everything one needs for an extended stay. I loved the little patio facing the river. The extras really make it special. I didn't get to use the sauna or pools but the gym was adequately outfitted for a good workout. The markets on the first floor level had everything for making your own meals. There are good small eateries in the surrounding area. Grab delivers however google isn't always accurate. The host was very responsive upon arrival and communication was quick and thorough. I really liked this place and will make it one of my top choices when I visit HCM again. I only stayed 2 complete nights this trip but I could easily do a week or two here.

Lovely stay at the apartment, nice and modern and with all the facilities that you need. Loved the balconies that had some nice views! All well thought out layout of the condo, could easily have a good size group of people to stay comfortably. Easy to access the rest of the city with Grab for pickup/drop off and great, famous pizza restaurant located right next door!

A very responsive and gracious host! Naomi was very responsive from the time we booked and all the way until we left. Our family even joked if she actually slept because she responded so quickly to messages no matter what time it was. We were so thankful for this. There was an ant problem in the bathroom but Naomi was also responsive with making sure she tried to fix the problem the best she could. She even gave us a parting gift when we could not find the crackers she provided. When I asked where we could buy them, she immediately bought a couple boxes for us to take home. Gym was suitable for a good workout and pool was a bit small, but good for a swim. If we return to Saigon again, I would definitely book with Naomi, thank you!

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

premier contact fut incroyable, avec elle et sa famille. Nous sommes restés, Mon fils et moi, quatre nuits, et avons éprouvé de la tristesse de partir. Bill, leur fils de 12 ans est incroyablement intelligent, cultivé et parlant un anglais courant. C’était très touchant de discuter avec lui sur beaucoup de sujets. Nous avons été invités à dîner un soir avec Mme Ly et sa famille, et le dernier jour elle nous a convié un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont impeccable, la salle de bain est très propre, il y a la climatisation et la ventilation. C’est très calme et tout est simple avec elle, dans sa belle maison . Vraiment je recommence cet endroit. vous y vous sentirez comme chez vous. Si j’avais pu rester comme certaines personnes plus de temps, je l’aurais fait avec grand plaisir. Madams Ly nous a aussi donné beaucoup de bons conseils de visites . Si vous cherchez un endroit calme où dormir plusieurs nuits chez une formidable famille, vous vous sentir comme chez vous.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

A lovely apartment in a tranquil apartment block. You feel very far away from the chaos of the city but are only a short grab away. A lovely Japanese restaurant and many others on site. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely view from balcony.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

호스트는 너무나 친절했습니다~ 밤늦은 시간이었는데도 우리 가족을 반갑게 맞이해주었습니다~ 집은 말할 것도 없이 너무나 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 청소해주시는 분 역시 정말 따뜻하고 좋은 분입니다. 마지막 집으로 갈 때 빠진 물건이 있는지 없는지 친절하게 확인해 주었습니다. 너무 감사했어요💕 내년에 또 이 집에 머물고 싶어요~

thank you for a wonderful stay! place was spotless, super spacious. pool and gym also great additions to our stay. very responsive hosts, answered all questions promptly and provided great recommendations for anything and everything. we hired a bike and left our luggage at a storage place from their recommendations

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

The apartment is located at District 4, but it is very close to District 1. Enjoyed my stay there!
