Cottage close to beach and forest

Entire cottage, newly renovated in 2025 with new kitchen and bathroom, new furniture and 240V charger for electric car (for a fee - remember to bring a charging cable). Short distance to the beach, large, lovely garden with games, fire pit, lounge furniture, hammock and south-facing terrace. The house has air conditioning, table football, kitchen with espresso machine, dining area and cozy living room, which is the gathering point in the cottage. In addition, there are 3 large, lovely rooms with double beds and good closet space as well as a small but brand new bathroom

Unguarded and direct to the water with its own bathing jetty

If you are looking for a romantic stay, or a very special experience with the family, this is the place. You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

The property features a charming black house with a golden roof, surrounded by lush greenery and a well-maintained lawn. A glass orangeri is visible nearby, and there is ample space for parking two cars. The serene setting is complemented by natural landscaping.

Summer cottage idyll for the whole family 300 m from the beach

Idyllic summerhouse only 300m from the beach. South-facing plot with sun from morning to evening. 3 bedrooms as well as a loft. Large bright kitchen. Cozy living room with wood-burning stove. Large bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, bathtub and washing machine. Fenced terrace with garden table and chairs, sun bed, umbrella, charcoal grill and fire pit. Orangery with lounge furniture. TV is streamed via chrome-cast or Apple TV. Free wifi. Parking for 2 cars. Undisturbed plot at the end of the cul-de-sac with nature grounds on both sides of the house.

Cozy cottage

Family-friendly home with room for the big family. Small cottage with large covered terrace as well as uninsulated annex. In the main house there is a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen/living room and living room with sofa bed, wood-burning stove as well as access to both conservatory and covered terrace. The annex is uninsulated but spacious with two double beds. The garden is large and has an older trampoline. The loveliest beach at the Baltic Sea Bath is about 10 minutes walk from the summerhouse, or 2 minutes by car with parking by the beach.
