The 30 m² apartment is divided by a partition into a living room and bedroom with sofa and double bed. Small cozy kitchen and integrated seating area. And a bathroom. The apartment price includes the Saalachtaler Sommercard so you can use the natural forces Seisenberg and Vorderkaserklamm as well as the mountain railway for free. The card is valid from May to October.

Unique location between Loferbach and Berg in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes' walk from the town center and the ski lift. 120 m from the house is the Loferer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing and large west-facing balcony overlooking the Steinberge, which invites you to chill, an open fireplace makes it cozy in winter. Modern kitchen, oven, dishwasher.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a single-family house and is accessible via an external staircase. It is quiet, in mint condition, stylishly furnished and has a large terrace. Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The alpine hut offers a fantastic accommodation in the Salzburg Pinzgau, nestled and surrounded by 🏔 mountains, meadows and forests, the hut🌲 stands alone at about 1000 m. The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursions with family or friends. I rent a cozy furnished apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is located in the apartment complex in the beautiful Schlosspark Grubhof. In the house is a large indoor pool, a gym and a ping pong room, which our guests can use for free. Wi-Fi in the apartment. In summer (May-October) you will receive the Saalachtaler Sommercard free of charge.
