Nice, waterfront, high and spacious apartment with authentic hood construction. The apartment features a kitchen/ living room, bathroom, separate toilet, and two spacious bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. You can park in front of the door, at your own entrance. In the middle of a recreational area, on the outskirts of the Veluwe. Hiking, cycling, boating, various places (Arnhem, Doesburg) as well as various museums and, among other things, citizens can be reached within ten minutes. Various restaurants at hand.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Private is nice! The garden is completely screened off. Your own wooden bathroom with a luxurious rain shower! A cozy wood burning stove inside. Within walking distance of the historic city center. A wonderful place to rest or as a base for a day out. Also a wonderful place with children. We do not provide breakfast, but there is an excellent kitchen with oven and juicer. Look at: the mamalou punt nederland then you get a better price. This is beneficial for both parties.

Check-in went smoothly through a key box. We were surprised by the size of the house. For us 2 already more than enough ☺️ Everything was clean and friendly. There was nothing that was not there and so we did not have to buy anything extra, only the groceries. We stayed there for 5 days and felt really comfortable. A few steps outside and you were at the Altrhein. We can only highly recommend the house.

Wonderful stay, large set up and very private. You are outside but also in a few minutes by bike in the heart of the city center in Doetinchem or Stroombroek for a refreshing dip. There is a shed for your bikes that locks. All facilities are provided, even a private garden where you look far away with sometimes some horses or ponies in the meadow. The highway is close, but you hardly notice this inside. The communication is good, Robin and Daan are very friendly and always benevolent to help with anything. We were happy to stay there for a few months to bridge to our own home!

Very clean, very pretty, very bright, we felt right at home. It looks even better in person than in the pictures. ✨ The kitchen is fully equipped. From cutting board to garlic press to extra duvet and towels, we lacked nothing. ✅ Communication with the two worked smoothly and I particularly liked the fast fiber optic Wi-Fi. 🛜 We will be happy to come back, absolute recommendation 🙌

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is comfortable and complete. Jeroen and Peter are very hospitable, we felt very welcome. Amazing view over the countryside. Beautiful garden! All in all a place to return to. In addition, there are many hiking and cycling possibilities to explore the Achterhoek.
