The apartment offers cooking facilities, but there are also numerous culinary highlights to discover in the village. The ideal connections to Stuttgart as well as to the surrounding towns of Besigheim, Bietigheim and Heilbronn provide the starting point for many excursion destinations. For families, the Tripsdrill adventure park with its adjoining zoo offers a very special experience.

Kleinsachsenheim offers a small center with shopping, banks, bus stops, etc. Sachsenheim with outdoor pool, shops, museums and train station can be reached by bus, bike or on foot. Centrally located between Ludwigsburg, Stuttgart, Heilbronn and the Zabergäu, excursions can be planned well.

The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. Old Erligheim rectory - in the middle of the village center!

You will stay on the first floor in a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom with toilet. In the immediate vicinity is a great pizzeria with good food. Seasonally, two wine taverns are open. A bakery with cafe can be found about 250 meters away on the main road. Oh, and there is also a discount store with a bakery in the village as well as a gas station. Check-in/out by arrangement. We are in the house.

Duplex apartment in the oldest house in Marbach

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
