Just bring your suitcase, everything else you need is already here, including; Cookware, dishes, high thread count sheets, towels, soaps, and detergents and more. Washer/dryer available on site. Space is very private and quiet. Ideal for use as extended stay housing. When booking the studio apartment, you get more than just a place to sleep. All guests are welcome to enjoy the entire first floor of the house. Relax and enjoy a book, or access the Wifi network with your portable device. LOCATION: The Calvert Guest House, located in Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, offers visitors a unique blend of Victorian charm, modern elegance, and downtown Baltimore convenience. The Calvert Guest House is only steps from everything historic Mount Vernon has to offer, including restaurants, theatre, museums, symphony hall, and nightlife. TRANSPORTATION: The central location also makes The Calvert Guest House an ideal hub from which to explore the rest of the city, and the region. Stops for the MARC, Amtrak, Lightrail, The FREE Charm City Circulator (charmcitycirculator.com), as well as the Johns Hopkins shuttle, are all within walking distance. There's a Zipcar station around the corner, and two more within a couple of blocks. Interstate 83 is only a four blocks from the house.

Workout equipment available for use at your own risk. We control the HVAC and will adjust as requested. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the walk to the entrance. Non smoking. We aren't set up for heavy cooking. No stove.

This charming apartment is located on the Chester river on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The wildlife is abundant and generally very active. The sun rise and sunsets can be spectacular. The property is 20 minutes from Annapolis and 50 minutes from DC. The newly renovated apartment has all new appliances and a well stocked kitchen with many herbs and spices, condiments, coffee, tea, cream and sugar etc. The 8 mile long Cross Island Trail starts a block from the house and leads to several restaurant

The Caretaker's Cottage was built in the 1770s by Ruben Merriwether, and sits near the manor house where he and his ancestors lived at Roundabout Hills. An exceptional space with a fabulous full kitchen perfect for those who like to cook, it is truly a one of a kind place to stay. The house, where John and Fiona live, and the cottage are secluded and private, but close to all of the art, culture, restaurants and dining in the nearby towns of Frederick, Columbia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Two-room guest suite with private entrance located in picturesque Catonsville, MD on a pre-Colonial road originally used for rolling tobacco to the harbor. Downtown Baltimore is 20 minutes away, BWI airport and Amtrak station 15 minutes, and our street is located on a bus route. Beautiful 3.5 mile walk to historic Ellicott City and an hour from Washington, D.C. Individuals and families with children are welcome, but the Airbnb member renting the property must be over the age of 25.
