Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lochau

Wow! What a find. Ludwigs place was everything we could have asked for. Set in a beautiful, peaceful location, but only 15 minutes walk to the glorious old town of Lindau island, the apartment had absolutely everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. Ludwig was a fantastic host and always quick to respond. We would love to come again

Maria is a sweet caring woman who warmly welcomes us. She takes all the time on the tour of the apartment. When the door to the room opens, you will be treated to a great view. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. Everything is in perfect order. Next to the apartment is a garden that you can use. She is so sweet to put the pillows in the chairs. If you have any questions, she is there for you directly and has all the time for us. The apartment has a charging facility for your EV, which is practical. The only thing we missed was a broom (e.g. from Ikea Pepprig). Then you can sweep up the crumbs/hair from time to time, which is nice. Maria's argument is: you have a holiday, then you don't have to do that. That's Maria.

We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be called a place to stay, that doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

One of the nicest apartments I've been to. Perfect location, great amenities, very clean… The feel-good factor was extremely high from the first second. Communication with Julia couldn't have been better. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Clear recommendation!

What a lovely place in beautiful Appenzell! Berti was the best host! Showed us to the apartment and explained where everything was. Quite roomy! Nicely decorated. Kitchen had good assortment of spices and coffee/creamer. The rooftop was amazing with the views and totally private. Totally walkable from train station and shops , restaurants. It does get a bit warm and a little street noise. Would definitely stay again !

Absolutely fabulous stay at Fabian’s house — truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this home was created with immense passion, care, and a keen eye for detail. Every corner of the house exudes comfort and style, blending Swiss charm with modern luxury. It’s spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need for a perfect stay. The view? Simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the majestic mountains of the Swiss Alps right outside the window was like living in a postcard. The location is serene, yet conveniently located for exploring the surrounding areas, hiking, or just soaking in the peaceful alpine vibe. Fabian was an incredible host, and we were lucky to also meet his wonderful parents and friend — all of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth, helpfulness, and local insights truly elevated our stay.

Everything is great and a beautiful place to stay with a fantastic view. The only thing you need to know (as a cyclist) is that from Rettenberg there are 200 meters in altitude with just under 10% on average and therefore relaxed rolling home is not possible. In return, you have a fantastic view in the morning!

The place is on the top of the property, walking through the house main entrance, sharing the same stairway with the host’s family. 12 minutes walking to train station or taking the bus ( bus is sometimes delayed). Grocery, bakery and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. The host Frank is very friendly and helpful, providing us the visitors pass that allows us to take local transportation for free. He even picked us up at the train station in a raining evening. We really appreciated the hospitality of Frank and his wife Tanja. We had a wonderful time staying there.

Great apartment in a very nice location! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail for tourists and no questions remain unanswered. We were there with 6 people for 2 nights and were very satisfied!

We had a wonderful short vacation in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super lovely people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were available, as well as cutlery and dishes, so you could have a nice breakfast every morning. We did it on the terrace with a great view. What should be noted is that all supermarkets close at 8 PM. All shopping should be done beforehand. The restaurant 2 minutes' walk away, Brauerei Gasthof Engelbräu, is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we'd come back any time!

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

The apartment is in a quiet location and equipped with everything you might need. We especially liked the view of breeding storks from the room window - sweet!

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

A really great accommodation – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: incredibly warm, helpful and always approachable. You can tell that she is there with a lot of love and attention for her guests. Thanks for the lovely stay – I'd love to come back.

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had the best time at this place! The layout was much larger than it looks. We had plenty of space. The tap water was so fresh to drink. It was close to all the attractions. It was so clean! The view of the mountains and castle was perfect. We had the best time!

We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is simply great: clean, very well equipped and nicely furnished. You feel very comfortable right away. The location is also really good. You can reach a lot relatively quickly by car and you can also take nice walks/hikes from the apartment. Greta is an excellent host, you can't ask for a better one. She puts so much effort into everything and takes excellent care of her guests…gives tips, thinks about excursion destinations, hikes, etc. - simply great! THANK YOU!!!

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!

Beautiful apartment, everything you need to feel good, a beautiful terrace. Pets allowed, a plus. a quiet environment, close to all activities. We loved it 👌❤️

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas' accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little over ten minutes to walk to the center, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.
